Good that Argos is inside Sainsburys but I have heard customers say that Sainsburys do the same items as Argos but Sainsburys is cheaper

Such amazing employees. Today my son missed Naptime and had a complete meltdown in the store while I was trying to purchase a surge protector. The wonderful gentleman working helped me pay and got the product for me so fast. I appreciate all of the hard work and friendly faces when I go in!!

I returned a faulty product, they were quick to refund my money. I then ordered a new item off their app to collect in store 5 minutes later. Never had any problems with this store/company.

Just had the worst experience of my life here.Bought a product (FITBIT Ionic Sports Watch ADIDAS Edition) that was faulty.Upon returning to the store they had suggested that they wouldnt refund or replace as the had reason to believe i had used the ITEM. The fitbit was clearly faulty as wouldnt charge.They refused any refund and suggested I CALL fitbit to discuss. They then passed me an un-sanatised, cordless phone and put me onto Fitbit who agreed that they should be refunding me as i'd had the product less than a day.Social distancing guidelines went out of the window as they all gathered in the back with no masks, gloves and anything that represented PPE. I assume this was to discuss me or the watch.I will be taking up the issue regarding their current view on the coronavirus and what Sainsbury's Argos are doing to stop the spread seperately (I took a short video to demonstrate how relaxed they all were).I might add that the ladies working in the store seemed particularly pleasant but the gents were nothing more than useless.If that wasnt enough, upon leaving the Sainsbury's Argos store i was recalled by a tall argos rep who asked me where their cordless phone was. I assume he was insinuating that i still had it. I walked back to the desk with the tall rep and it was there.I'll be taking this up first with the Store Manager - Darren Newey (who I'm led to believe was one of the many who wasn't observing social distancing - but couldn't be 100% sure).if I could - it would have been zero stars.AVOID

All the time they don't have anything in stock, can't do delivery and keep items in the web as a pictures or whatever even if they don't have it anywhere...

Would have given higher rating except for fact that a few months ago had to take a damaged product back within the one year warranty and staff member extremely rude saying we had to phone manufacturers help line first.Luckily another member then came and dealt with us brilliantly with no problem about replacement.

Staff at argos in thetford were very helpful with me today as i needed to take back and exchange my sons pram that had broke. The staff there were very helpful and exchanged my pram straight away. Very grateful.
