I have had a very positive experience with the Abbots team in Watton. We are buying a property and are very near completion. John and Hannah have always been extremely helpful and helped us steer the selling and buying course which can be a rocky journey. I would highly recommend using them if you can.

Watton office are very friendly, you always feel welcome, faultless sale of my property, kept up to date all the way through and cannot recommend Oliver Patton their mortgage advisor, he has gone above and beyond to get me my dream forever home , if you are selling a property you won't go far wrong by putting it in the hands of Abbotts Watton office.

Couldn't recommend Abbotts at Watton enough! Absolutely brilliant from beginning to end. This was my first time selling and they made the process alot easier for me always very helpful and kind. John was dealing with my buyer and I can't fault him at all! Really nice guy and does all he can to help. Shotout to the team there amazing!!

I?m very pleased with the service I had from Abbotts. I was happy with the way the property was marketed & it sold quickly. Hannah did a good job of keeping me informed without any unnecessary phone calls. She was very helpful if I had any queries & was quick to return my calls if she was unavailable. Be aware i sold a house years ago was valued at about 90.000 in 2007 was under threat off loosing it all had so called offers but days before it fell through till the last minute offer off £75.000 turns out it was the woman who was our agent that new our situation daughter bought it as a last minute buyer be awere of this scam people don't let the agency know your problems and all companies need investigation

Recently sold though this office. Fantastic service from abbots and I have been very pleased with everything done by the sales team. Thank you all!As a side note, would never touch their mortgage advisor again. But please dont let this put you off using the sales team, they are fab!

Recently sold a property. Expert advice & support regarding the sale. Using a ?modern auction? worked very well & was fast and efficient. Good communication. I would certainly recommend Abbots in the future.

The staff at Abbotts, Watton were always friendly, helpful and positive throughout, what turned out to be, quite a protracted sales period. There were occasions when communication seemed to dry up for a while but in the main any requests were responded to promptly with someone always at the end of the telephone.I don't think any other Estate Agents could have done a better job.Malcolm Crane

Hannah was amazing very professional always took calls the sale was handled efficiently and quickly, in fact we sold within 24 hours at beginning of March 2022 and completed TODAY 16th May 2022. I was always dealt with quickly even when I was stressed to the nines. Thank you highly recommend.
