I have been many times to the Serenity Rooms and have tried a variety of massages. I have had reflexology, facial, hot shell, hot stone, neck and back, and thoroughly recommend them all.
Lucinda is friendly, caring and a good listener. She will advise you on what massage therapy will suit for your needs, and the cost is very fair.
I am more than happy with the kind service I receive from Lucinda and cannot see myself going anywhere else.
Give the Serenity Rooms a go, you won't be disappointed.

From the moment you step into the treatment room, after being greeted by the lovely and welcoming Lucinda, you instantly feel calm and relaxed. The treatment I have is Manual Lymphatic Drainage. I have to say after having this done it makes your whole body feel totally relaxed as Lucinda finishes off with a shoulder and back massage. I?ve had MLD done by others in the past. But nothing compares to the experience and treatment you get from Lucinda at the Serenity Rooms. I am so pleased I came across this place. Highly recommend.

Lucinda is so professional and attentive during your session listens to any ongoing issues you may have. The therapy room is peaceful and purpose built so no background noise with a lovely one to one service. I have personally used Lucinda many times and will continue to do so. Can not recommend enough.

Had a few different treatments now, bamboo massage, deep tissue massage, reflexology and Himalayan salt massage and quite honestly it?s hard to pick what is the best they are all so wonderful. However if you haven?t tried the Himalayan salt massage then definitely recommend trying it. Best massage I?ve ever had. Thank you so much Lucinda for being the best.

For weeks I had suffered with aching neck and shoulder pain, I made an appointment to see Lucinda and after the first treatment my pain had disappeared by around 90 per cent, I continue to see Lucinda in order to keep my pain at bay.

Oh my goodness where do I begin!I honestly can?t decide which is my favourite treatment at serenity rooms!Every time I have a treatment I feel it was my favourite!This week I experienced the Himalayan salt massage oh my goodness I honestly think that I fell asleep it was absolutely amazing!The salon is beautiful.So clean and warm and cosy.I always feel so relaxed from the moment I park my car right outside the door!I?m welcomed by Lucinda and she takes the time to explain the treatment I?m having and gives me plenty of time to visit the beautiful loo and use the wonderful hand wash and cream by pinks boutique,that I just had to treat myself too as it smells amazing!Then given plenty of time to get undressed and snuggled up under a lovely soft towel and blanket on a warm bed ready for my treatment.The soft lighting and fabulous smells and relaxing music is just perfect!Can?t recommend enough.Can?t wait for my next visit!

After major heart surgery I was advised that massage treatments could help my body to recover. Nobody said it would be this good though! I have had a couple of sitting shoulder with hot shells sessions that eased the tension in my shoulders. Then this evening I went for the bamboo treatment. Such a great experience and I could feel my blood circulation improving by the minute. Thank you Lucinda for your time and attention to my unique injuries, hopefully back to normal soon with your help!

I have just had my first treatment at Serenity Rooms.As you enter you are greeted by Lucinda who us as lovely on the inside as she is on the outside. Stepping into the room you feel like you are entering a tranquil and magical world created just for you.I received the Anti Aging Facial but this does not prepare you for the experience you receive. The warm towels ,the soft blanket, the scents from the wonderful products and Lucindas touch as light as a feather when needed but with more pressure when you have a massage which comes with this facial. The music playing let's you flat away into your own relaxing world.At the end you have as long as you need no rushing and a lovely bottle of cool water. I must admit to thinking have I really got to lift my arm to hold the bottle.I felt so peaceful it was the most blissful, amazing experience I have had for a long time.Thank you Lucinda

Lucinda creates such a calm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you walk in. I felt so taken care of, considered and safe. This is one of my first massages of this kind, and Lucinda explained the whole process and want to expect.
