Went tonight for some bits. Only got one lady on cheese counter but no where to be seen had to get somebody to find her had things to do outside not here fault but could do with more people. No eggs only the very expensive ones abit disappointed tonight. Has they say need to try harder.

Some of the best food available in any supermarket. Fifth star removed as they have given up with any infection control, which Tesco hasn't done! The staff are genuinely a nice bunch.

Good quality food that stays fresh and normally a good selection. You don't have to buy there top expensive range as there essential food is as good if not better than other supermarkets.

Not the best Waitrose store I've ever been to. Staff here are not as friendly or approachable as other Waitrose shops.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Cooked breakfast was good - not greasy and cooked well. However amazed they had no de caff coffee available. Surely they could get some from the shop floor??!! Also no gluten free bread or toast available. The cafe always feels a little cold and cheerless which is a shame.

Nice cafe bit expensive, but a treat.Some items dearer than other supermarket 's but more choice for vegetarian meals.

Nice enough shop, plenty of parking and usually not too busy. Pricey, as you would expect for a Waitrose, but they do have some nice products and stock quite a lot of things you won't find in the other supermarkets in town.

Called in for breakfast on Sunday 10 August 2023. Were were served by Steph and her team. Great service and good quality food. The cafe was very busy but the level of service was exceptional. Steph had great communication skills and is a great person to have ?first contact? with - friendly, engaging and accommodating. Steph is a real asset to your company and an absolute role model for all Waitrose employees. Well done Steph and Team at Swaffham.

Went to the café - ok but bland surrounds and uncomfortable seats - nice cake - easy access for my mum in a wheelchair
