The store itself is great and the staff all friendly and helpful but the click and collect is very slow now they have changed the system. The QR code often doesn't work and the alternative texting option doesn't seem to be monitored as well. It's not the staff's fault, just rubbish tech and an inefficient system. C&C is supposed to make your shop quicker but I reckon I could have done the shop in the time I've been waiting!

I was dreading doing my Christmas shop in Tesco Swaffham as Tesco Dereham was packed and it took me over an hour to get out of their car park. What a difference it was in Swaffham, thank goodness. Lots of staff, shelves all full, re-filling all the time, no queues, easy to park, cleaners at work on floors, even Christmas 'elves' with placards saying they are here to help. Everyone always so helpful and smiling. It's good to shop there.

Reasonable selection of products and decent prices for a small supermarket, especially compared to the other local supermarkets (Asda, Waitrose). But on the downside checkouts and self-check often have queues and the customer service is hit and miss.

Great place to shop got most things you need, never overcrowded. Use this store regularly, Can be expensive so use a Tesco's Clubcard can make a lot of savings with it

would not sell a 21 year old monster even with ID because of a 16 year old was with them but if that had been his dad with him they would have sold them to him but because I couldn?t leave him at home alone would not serve me

1.4.2023. pm. Just want to commend the Manager at Tesco Swaffham. We are visiting from Devon and called in to purchase a few odds and ends. I am disabled but the Manager took time to take me personally to the counters I wanted to save me extra steps.The Manager's name is A. Brumby (I think I remember that correctly) and I would like to say he is a extremely good Ambassador for Tesco and worthy of any promotions offered.Many thanks, J. Hunt-Webb (Mrs)
