“Initially ordered GYC03 due to concerns about the fit in my boot (Skoda Kodiaq). Came overnight with APC , no delivery fee.Sadly it was immediately obvious it was too small for my huge Retriever so I sent it back at my cost (£15 with DPD- advised by doghealth) and they refunded the cost of it the next day. Easy customer service I simply replied to order confirmation emails.I ordered instead GYC04 which fits perfectly in my Kodiaq and my Retriever is very happy with. Crate is good quality, shaped perfectly for the boot (big slant at the front for the boot door and small slant at the back for the rear seats). I am happy and dog is happy. only thing I would suggest would be to include tethers to stop it moving around the boot, or rubber feet- I have had to purchase bungee cords. Otherwise great.
