Very disappointing. The young lady was pleasant.The wash was poor. Didn't feel like there was any lather on it.No towel drying so took forever to dry, and even when she finished, it was still wet underneath at the back. No styling because the cut was dreadful. Asked for an inch off, but she barely took off a cm in a a few places. I had to ask her to trim sides.Sadly, i didn't look like I'd been to get my hair done. Won't be returning.

Don't know about the hairdressing but the worst Pedicure and Manicure I've ever had. No real care of the hands and feet other than badly applied varnish that had to be repaired when I got home.

I have regular Back, Neck and Shoulder Massages with Liz every fortnight. Liz certainly has "the magic touch" and I have been known to fall into a relaxed sleep while the tension and knots are massaged away. I find Innovations to be a professional, welcoming and friendly salon. Liz's room is situated away from the friendly chatter and is a quite haven of soft music and healing hands. There is no need for embarrassment, either, as Liz is very careful to put her clients at ease. This is one treat that I greatly missed during lockdown!

Kim did this fabulous cut and colour for my wife. She loves it and so do I. Innovations certainly look after their ladies and the prices are reasonable. A good salon on Swaffham there is no doubt about that. Well done Innovations.

I've been having my hair coloured, cut, styled and blow dryed by Donna at Innovations for 7 years now. Donna listens and delivers!Donna is very professional and managed my hair even when I suffered terribly with Psoriasis. Deffo recommend.
