The bloke running this Post Office is rude and unhelpful. Only visit if you're desperate. Alternative Post Offices available on Wootton Road and Norfolk Street (WHSmith) if you want a decent customer experience.

Very arrogant and rude post master. Refused to give me a receipt/proof of postage for a package I had prepaid the label for. Said he does not get paid for this so would not do it. Avoid this post office at all cost! I would give him zero stars if I could.

To serve the public you need to be a 'people person'. Warm welcoming and helpful are just some of the traits required. This guy is in the wrong industry and would be best suited in a different industry were its ok to be snappy, unhelpful and rude. Prison guard maybe!

the guy in charge is so rude I don't recommend being of presence of this guy he smells funny and he is extremely discourteous. Avoid at all costs, will ruin your day.

The young man in charge here once worked in the Post Office at W H Smith's in town. His manner was outstanding - polite and efficient. Now he has his own Post Office, his manner is outstanding for arrogance and officiousness. I have ceased to do business here. It's really worth the trip to Dersingham for a friendly, efficient service where a joke can be shared and advice offered.

Avoid at all costs. Slow to serve, extremely unreasonable around face coverings and I must say, quite discriminating. I was refused service for not wearing a face mask while other people in the store without a face mask were served. Will report to appropriate bodies.

The COVID Police are out in force in South Wootton - What an incredibly, self-righteous young man! FYI "From 19 July 2021, there is no longer a legal requirement to wear face coverings in indoor settings or on public transport." I was refused service for executing my legal right not to wear a facemask. I have been double vaccinated and was stood in front of what could only be described as bullet proof glass. Apparently now I am banned from there, OMG how will I face the future without South Wootton Post Office :( PMSL

Man who works here is very rude. Refused to serve me as I was not wearing a mask, even though it is not legally required anymore. He himself wasn?t even wearing a mask just a scarf. Will not be using this store again

Awful place to go, makes sending post so difficult, Head office needs to have a serious look at this place and send in some people that know what they're doing, being such a small village its a shame my local post office has been ruined by such terrible people

Never experienced such a slow service, sat in queue for 20 mins+ while the guy behind the counter talks to you like you're 5 years old, this place needs some serious changes, including new staff and proper training
