My wife and I have both had great service over the years from opticians at Specsavers in Sheringham. We recently used the services of the audiology department there and were equally impressed. Andrew is a complete professional, with excellent knowledge and communication skills. He answered all our questions and my wife is delighted with her new NHS hearing aids. Cost? Zero!

After having cataracts removed from both eyes, I got a prompt appointment at Specsavers in Sheringham. My new glasses were ready quite quickly and I am perfectly happy with them. More than satisfied with the whole process from start to finish.

Overall not impressed. Have been a specsavers customer for years, but not anymore. Went in a couple of weeks ago and wanted to buy 2 pairs of glasses only to be told I needed a prescription within the last 2 years, which I didn't have on me at the time so went back yesterday and it was clear from the start as I had this done elsewhere they wouldn't accept this even though previously it was said this would be fine. It was made clear the prescription from optical express was not satisfactory and would have to have a new test from them, in my opinion to make more money. Considering there was no other customers at the time you would think they would appreciate the business.Well there loss is someone else's gain.

My wife visited this Optician a year ago to update her reading glasses. The Optician was rude and rushed through the eye tests. She bought new glasses but after six months the screw worked loose. Took them in twice for repair which was done very badly damaging the screw head. She has since visited a decent other firm of Opticians, They advised her that not only did Specsavers get the prescription for both lenses wrong the glasses provided were unbalanced. Avoid this place if you want decent service.

Just like to say a massive thank you to all the staff at Specsavers Sheringham and Newmedica Norwich for the most incredible service and all paid for by our amazing NHS. I was referred by Specsavers on the 12th May for cataract surgery, assesed by Newmedica on the 25th May, and had the surgery at Newmedica on the 27th May, what amazing service, the staff were great, superb premises, parked right outside the door, cannot praise them enough. Thank you.

Had a eye test for myself and my son who is autistic. The time and care taken was fantastic, he was very anxious and the lady made him feel very calm and involved.Can?t recommended enough. Thank you
