This is the worst shop for customer service in Sheringham. The shop is full of security cameras and the owners do not take action when something is stollen, but accuses staff members of stealing. They need to take notice of their own actions. Poor show.

Brilliant store. I use this shop several times a week. Well stocked and open long hours. Useful Evri parcel shop for dropping off and collecting parcels. The owner works so hard to make this a real community asset.

Double standards.Out walking the dog and realised I needed a pint of milk. I walked by the shop wondering if I could take the dog in (Westie) and spotted a lady standing in the shop with a Red Lab style dog talking to the man behind the counter. I thought ok I will wait until she leaves so dogs do not get carried away. On opening the door the man asks me to leave my dog outside. I said I would not leave him unattended but just wanted milk. He agreed to get it but when he came to me at the door he greeted me with this is a food store not a place for dogs. I said that I was outside and waited for the lady to leave with the other dog and he said ?no dog? WHY LIE?. Absolutely if it?s your rule not to let dogs i that is fine but this should be the same for all customers please. I walked away without the milk and will not be returning or recommending this shop to anyone. Guess that?s more points for TESCO who treat customers right and is just down the road. Shame as I would like to support local business.
