Order on 8/2/23 - 1500 wood flooringPhoned next morning to confirm they received. Sharon was great and helped organise quick delivery. She even substituted the original order with bigger size to get it quickly.14/2Delivery day. Receive phone call and email that delivery truck broken down. Rescheduled for a couple of days later.17/2Second delivery dayNo arrival by 4pm. Phone Sharon who gets on the case and get phone call from transport company. They cancelled the delivery at 1pm and even he doesn?t know why. I suspect because it is fri afternoon! Rescheduled for mon.Mon 20/2Delivery does not arrive by 12. Phone calls and it is definitely scheduled for 2-4pm. It finally arrives near 5pm. It is kerbside delivery with a large pallet with the flooring wrapped up. Not sure if they are in boxes or free. Before unloading I take photos and it is not the same colour as ordered. Paperwork does not say anything about the order just my name spelled incorrectly. I refuse order and send the photo to the company. Sharon agrees that it is the wrong colour.Then I get an email stating that it was the right colour but the flooring was put upside down and that?s why I could not see it!! How can I check if it?s upside down with no contents info?I asked for refund 3 times and finally after raising an issue through PayPal they agreed.23/2Still no refund and no flooring. I cannot order more as I need the refund to order it.PS I have now found new flooring at a much better price but still no refund.Now been told will take 7 days to get refund. Unacceptable. I have reduced down to 1 star. I was giving them benefit of doubt previously.Date of experience: 08 February 2023

Great online support. Excellent customer service before and after placing the order.Just a piece of advice: Ask about returns. Their terms and conditions are generic and eat of their supplier can have a different one.

From the first contact after browsing their website, the service has been fantastic. Not a pushy sale, very patient and so helpful and this followed right through to delivery. Always got through on the phone and no matter who answered it was great service. Will definitely be using again and again

Had to buy a few thousand pounds worth of flooring, a lady from the customer services team called me back with an hour or two of emailing, then helped me split the sum in half allowing me to pay half cash up front and half on PayPal credit (it's not a standard option, they helped me because it was a small fortune)Well communicated, really friendly and couldn't have been more helpful. Courier was on time and helped me unload all the boxes. No faults or issues, genuinely can't fault them at all.

If only more companies had the same level of customer service as Source Wood Floors. Sharon in their team has just worked miracles to clear up an error that was entirely my fault! Would recommend them and their products time and time again.

Didn't purchase off this company in the end, but they were quick and helpful to send out some samples. They were good quality, so Wouldn't hesitate to think about using next time.

I have nothing but good things to say about Source Wood Floors, and - in particular - Sarah Finnie who's patience and helpfulness have been endless. I'm part of a film company building a set on a soundstage, so my order was relatively small but I needed lots of choice and technical info to make sure I got just the right look for the Production Designer. Sarah gave me all the samples I needed, answered my multiple calls with grace and good humour, and then delivered a lovely herringbone floor, right on time to meet my tight deadline.

?Excellent company. It is really stressful moving home and finding the right designs. However, Will and the other members of staff really helped me with process of selecting the most suitable floors for my new property. I absolutely love my LVT floors. The price reflects the quality, super easy to maintain and it really is waterproof! l 100% recommend this company. 10/10

Unhappy with the product, bad communication, waiting for money return over the month.Do not recommend this company. I was unhappy with the product, so I contacted online support about a return.After a few emails and calls finally, I received instruction where to send a return.Item has been sent as instructed (undamaged, and insured). You need to cover the return postage and parcel has to been insured as well.After one month I am still waiting for money return.
