On the positive, Kris was quick to visit and provide a quote for a relatively small job: fitting a tv on wall, moving one another and some wi-fi work. When it came to actually delivering the work, Kris cancelled on 3 separate occasions, on the actual morning when he was due to complete the work: he did provide reasons for why this was, which may have been legitimate, but cancelling 3 times on any client is frankly completely unprofessional. After the 3rd cancellation Kris send the materials (I had paid for these up front) to my home and I asked Kris to find another installer to complete the work, since I assumed Kris either has others working in his team or works with sub contracters; despite my numerous follow up messages, Kris did not reply. At this stage, a simple polite reply that he could not complete the work or find someone who could would have sufficed. As a result I have had to spend more of my time finding another installer, who needless to say completed the work at the arranged time and to a high standard. It gives me no pleasure writing this review however, based on my experience, I can?t recognise Customised.
