I went for my birthday yesterday and can I say the food and atmosphere was impeccable! The restaurant has a lovely warm feel with all the different aromas from every cuisine filling it. I ordered the mixed grill with the surf and turf option which was extra prawns cooked in a gorgeous garlic buttery sauce which complimented all of the meats. The chips were very impressive. Being equally fluffy and crispy. All the meats were cooked to perfection and will be returning soon!!

Had an absolutely fabulous week at the Parson Woodforde. The staff are all so friendly and welcoming and a credit to Mark and Maria :) The food was incredible, all local produce with lovely fresh seafood specials and all very well seasoned! The roast on Sunday was one of the best I?ve ever had and we were made to feel very welcome and given loads of useful local information, nothing was too much trouble and the rooms were immaculate. There is a lot within easy reach of the pub with the coast at Cromer only 30 mins away, Norwich airport park and ride about 10 mins away (£4 for two of us for a return into Norwich) and the broads and other wildlife reserves easy to get to (we went to Wroxham to hire a boat for a couple of hours). I wish Mark and Maria all success in their future as they have created a truly unique atmosphere with quality food, I just wished we lived nearer!

Served by Harry on the bar I watched his work, very professional worked really fast and metodical so friendly and polite . Our food was amazing and plenty of it. Well presented and truly tasty.

My two friends and I booked for lunch and arrived 45 mins early but were made to feel completely welcome and at ease. All staff were friendly, attentive and thoughtful. The restaurant is beautiful. Our meals were flawless and clearly cooked by skilled hands that care about their craft. We could not fault the place. The menu has a wonderful selection and we struggled to choose one dish out of so many tempting options. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Big up to The Parson, or Woody P as he was known to his mates.

Came in for a birthday meal I ordered the kiln smoked salmon, meal arrived with no salmon, just prawns, I mentioned to the waitress no salmon, so she went back to the kitchen they didn?t take my plate back, but came back from the kitchen with a few flakes of salmon. The hot new potatoes were cold and when you cut them open they were full of water, they tasted days old, tasted awful. I asked for no salad dressing but it came covered in dressing with dressing also on the side. When the waitress cleared the plates she said I wouldn?t be charged, but it spoilt my whole meal experience. There is a fly situation some fly screens at windows or something might be an idea. I don?t think I will be returning unfortunately.

I've been many places to eat with my dad and we have never been looked after so beautifully as we were yesterday. We hadn't booked, on a hot day and we were helped to our seats with such care. The staff were incredible.
I just want to thank you for being so understanding, caring and attentive. You made things easier for us and you didn't think twice about it. You don't know how much that meant.

Picked at random whilst on holiday in the area. We hadn?t booked and despite being very busy when we arrived (on a Monday evening), we were accommodated with a table and the food was superb! Highly recommend to anyone considering eating here.
