Have use this place every now and again and today will definitely be the last. The service is always awful. The contempt they seem to have for customers, I'm surprised they have any left.

We had been to the Norfolk Scrap Box donation day and wanted to find somewhere for lunch. We don't know the immediate area gery well. The sat nav brought up Diane's Pantry, which it showed as being less than a mile away and on the Reepham Market Square. It's a small deli with a café but it's a tardis and bigger once you're inside. To enter the building, it's up a couple of steps to shop level, so it could be difficult for people with serious mobility issues. Once inside, there's an extensively stocked deli, with vegan, vegetarian and organic ingredients available to buy. The deli café has a good range of items on the menu, from breakfasts, sandwiches, drinks, etc, as well as home-baked, traditionally British cakes, slices, and pastries - we bought additional items to take home for later. The food, drinks and service were great. There is a WC, which is through an additional room, with extra tables (these weren't available on the day of our visit but we were able to access the loo!) All in all this was an extremely nice surprise; a little treasure trove for those who prefer to eat somewhere quirky with good quality menu options, and where you can shop for health foods and ingredients for your pantry too.Wheelchair accessibility: Possible with extra effort but not ideal.

I went to this store for the first time at the weekend. I was horrified at the lady making my coffee. She was coughing loads over my cup while making it, and then she coughed in her hand and then put the same hand on the lid of my coffee where I would drink out of.My only regret was to not walk out before paying and telling her to her face that it was disgusting what she done, because I knew as I was paying for it that I would be binning it as soon as I left the shop. What a waste of money and definately won't be going back.

Pouring with rain today so popped in for a coffee and cake mid afternoon Very curt can I help from lady behind counter, asked for a coffee and can I sit in cafe area, told no cafe closed now. Got the feeling I was unwelcome and off you go attitude. Shame really won?t be going back! Walked down the road and got lovely coffee at V Cafe instead and got service there with a smile and a friendly hello
