Very pleasant experience with this company to cater for my wife's disabilities, and not wanting a full on wet room.They came and discussed options with me which I agreed to, but was pleasantly surprised when the quote came through shortly after, so I decided to get them to supply and fit a new sink and toilet as well. As this was for a disabled person, all works and parts were VAT free!The work was started on their stated date and completed in 4 days, at all times (apart from the actual toilet change), the facilities were available. The work done was to a high standard and always left in a clean and tidy state.From my experience, I would highly recommend this small local company.Photo's show before with bath and after, a shower that takes a wheeled shower chair

JKA Home Solutions helped changed my disabled Mum's bathroom into a wet room. Their price was excellent, we are so thrilled with the final product - but it's their service that we were really impressed with. Andy was excellent throughout and the people who did the work were kind and considerate of my Mum's needs. Thank you to you all.

My father was particularly anxious about having people in the house, and they could not have been kinder. They?ve done a perfect job, the bathroom looks fantastic?and even finished ahead of schedule! So Jka done a wet room via a grant from the council for my father who?s a 79 year old disabled me work carried out was on time like they said and they was clean and friendly? 2 years later all the shower wall tiles have popped and 3 or 4 tiles have actually falling off the wall? I callled the office and after 2 or 3 calls they sent someone out to inspect?.On inspection they took photos and they are trying to blame the fan being turned off? they have clearly turned the switch in the off position taken a photo and submitted it to the council saying that?s the reason why they have fallen off?My father have carers to help shower him and I showered him one of the last times before they fell off the wall and guess what? Yep you guessed it the fan was on and working fine? yea it might have abit of dust in the fan but it works perfect?So I?ve just been to my dads and had a look at the so called isolation switch being turned off? there?s nothing to turn off it?s a fuse which the fan is working perfectly it?s a humidi stat fan (which run constantly) it also have a high power cord you pull before you go in the shower?The isolation switch and fan they took pictures of and submitted to the council is for my dads toilet wc which is a separate room which they did not touch?So basically these people are just liars! Trying to get out of something shoddy?And if you are thinking who am I to to judge well I am a builder and have been in the trade for nearly 21 years? and I would do my dads wet room again but I?m due to have heart surgery in a couple of weeks!I am pretty disgusted they are using the fan as excuse?. Without taking more tile?s off to see if the shower had a small leak dripping behind the tiles!This is poor customer serviceServices: Tile work installation
