Refusing to sell items discounted on the label, quite rude from the staff member and manager, telling me it would be illegal to sell me the item at the price it was discounted to, really! How about instead of being uncompromising, do your job properly and remove items from the shop floor that are no longer on sale!

Absolutely terrible today at around 4.00 PM. No staff upstairs. Queue of people waiting at the cash desk. One person on the cash desk on the main floor with a lot of people waiting. No staff on the shop floors. The lady on the cash desk said staff had phoned in sick and they don't have back up. Some staff had left at earlier times, clearly management think that the store won't be very busy after a certain time. Not acceptable at all.

Small menswear area, but this could be a positive and a negative.
Clothes are highly priced and just always end up shrinking, but I was always pre warned of this so it?s my own fault.
Poor management in this store, I stand in queues approximately 10 customers waiting continuously which takes a good 15 minutes, management just walk passed, I just can?t believe my eyes when this happens. Felt very sorry for the young girl serving everyone while getting abuse, no support from staff.
Getting customers served should be a top priority

In summer nowadays you can't stay in here for more than a few mins as the store is stiflingly hot. It needs actual building/renovation work so it traps less heat (no, air con is NOT the solution, people- it spews cold air out of one end and hot air out the other while using loads of energy and contributing even more to global warming).

Have the Zara management ever tried to try on outfits in the sweltering heat of the changing rooms? I suggest you do. It was a chilly 13 degrees outside but in store it was like 110 degrees could nt stand it so left and spent my hard earned money elsewhere!
It?s a shame as some of the clothing was beautiful ? but there 6 other ladies who also dropped their clothing and walked out due to extreme heat of the store.
Looking through the reviews this issue is raised many times - I do not recommend this Zara in Norwich - staff are OK but they exhausted ? by the heat - please sort this out it?s not rocket science to install air con units?

put off shopping there every time i enter the door its always dirty and there is no air conditioning so u cant breathe seen someone faint in changing room traumatic poor staff try hard in ungodly conditions

The Zara shop in Norwich is unfortunately the worst Zara I?ve ever encountered. Stepping into the store feels like walking into an oven ? it?s unbearably hot, and the air inside carries an unpleasant smell that?s almost suffocating. On top of that, the store is dirty, disorganized, and in desperate need of attention. Clothes are left scattered around, the fitting rooms are in shambles, and overall, it just feels unkempt.
It?s shocking that a brand like Zara allows a store to operate in such a poor condition. Management needs to address these issues urgently. The unfortunate part is, this is the only Zara in the area, so if you need to shop there, you?re stuck with it. Hopefully, someone takes action soon, because right now, it?s more of an ordeal than a shopping experience.
