Very large Zara and plenty of items on display. My wife loves it and always wants to go when we are in town, so a 5 star it is.

The women's section is like a jumble sale, honestly looks like Primark but quadruple the price. The service is shocking too, never going back.

Popped into Zara with my two daughters (6 and 13) they both wanted to get some bits and bobs so I let them do what they had to do.I went to look at the clothes and I saw this really lush cardigan so I picked it up and I looked at the condition and all of a sudden I saw the most horrible and disgusting thing on it!! There was a NUMBER 2 stain and dandruff!! I was very ashamed of this so I went up to one of the workers and thankfully she helped me and she was a very young lovely woman and she was very smart too!!

Zara, whose designs I like, has a wonderful store in Chanty Place. You can find many color and size options for each product. In addition, hard-working and courteous staff will assist you in everything. The place is clean, tidy and always well lit. I like this energy.

Despite several months passing, I have yet to receive a £60 refund. Inquiries at the store proved unhelpful, and my message on WhatsApp remains unanswered, reflecting poor service.

We're a family of Zara shoppers and rate every city we go to on the Zara store, Norwich is our local store and is by far the worst one, the store looks old and tired, dusty floors (with stock on racks dragging in), at the back of the store there's racks upon racks of stock stuffed on rails, dirty changing rooms. We use the store for online collections very rarely actually buying anything. An hour away is Cambridge where the store is 100 times better.

I was with a friend, didn't buy anything. Would never buy anything after a terrible shopping experience 6 years ago where the manager accused me of removing the cc receipt from the receipt staple.She was nuts, you could quite clearly see it had never been attached. She refused to refund me even when I offered to show the cc statement which matched the transaction.Head office weren't much better.However I ripped the item and took it back to the store in London when I was there 2 weeks later.Hope they had no trouble selling a ripped item.That was karma to them.And I used to shop at all the affiliated Zara chains, stopped from that day.That is what terrible customer service does to your brand.

I do like visiting Zara as they have lovely perfumes, but the queues are always so long and the service is quite slow. It takes ages to get served.
