Terrible customer service.I bought two tyres from here a couple of months ago and spent a large amount of money.Yesterday morning, I had a warning light come on to check the tyre pressure which I tried to do at AppleGreens but unfortunately the machine was out of order. I then thought as I had bought tyres from Wilco they would be able to check them for me.They said they would look at the tyre pressure and proceeded to simply add air to them. The warning light was still on so I asked if they would check them over properly as this has only ever happened (where the light has stayed on after adding air) if there has been a problem with a tyre. The man from the office came outside to see what the problem was and then told me that because the weather has been cold that could be the problem and if I want them checking further he would have to charge me. They also said the warning light would turn off after 10 minutes, they offered to disable this too which I thought was strange if it was going to turn off after 10 minutes anyway. So I left very dissatisfied and will not be returning.This morning the warning light was still on so I took the car to Havers Tyres. They?ve been absolutely brilliant! One of the tyres had a fault with a valve. They fixed it - free of charge and were so friendly and helpful. The complete opposite of my experience at Wilco.
