Last Sunday, my new kitchen was finally installed. I am very satisfied with the seriousness and responsible attitude of the installers, Mr. Sargent's team. There were a few thicker tiles on one side of the wall of my kitchen, they found that their arrangement was unbalanced during the installation process. According to their suggestions, they had to remove them to achieve satisfactory standards, which I am pleased with the final result. Again many thanks, Sargent.

Popped in to browse some kitchen handles, worktops and accessories. Decent range of options across all price points. Well advised by a lovely, friendly woman. Needed a couple of other DIY things which they had too, where B&Q didn't. Good parking and long opening hours. Successful visit to this newer store.

Really disappointed with the support received from the shop manager!
Bought 4 buckets of Dulux pain and they were mixed in the shelves and didn't realise that, cashier scanned 1st one that was Matt but the rest of them were Silk. I went to the shop today hoping they will exchange them with the Matt ones but that's been declined and blame just on myself.
The manager Luke showed no support or understanding of the situation and no management skills, absolutely disgusting!

They don't have a million variations of a thing, but they will have the thing in stock and it will be good value. Always my first port of call.
