Terrible staff they won't let me use a gift card that has their store on it but also other stores to and then they said I can only use their gift cards honestly it's being greedy and cagey

Went in to look at the books and was helped and served by some lovely girls on the tills who knew what they were doing and even went and found a specific book I was after as I am unable to get up the stairs.
