Staff were rude to me and my friend and accused us of spilling tea (which had already been spilled by someone else before we arrived ) the staff member proceeded to lie to us about watching us spill it . The tea was very nice however the staff members made it a not very good experience with their sassy tones

On two occasions now we have traveled specifically on the premise that this store stocked a certain loose tea (we checked the website first before travelling in).
Both times the staff member told us it was out of stock.
Either:
- The staff member didn?t want to look in the stock room
- Whittards have terrible stock control
- between checking the website and driving in both times, the stock was purchased? Both times?

We made our first purchase from Whittard and we wanted a tin to start our collection and although they had tins they didn't have one with the official sticker for our tea Edward went above and beyond and cut out the cardboard for our tin. If you go in ask for Edward and you will get excellent service.
