I have a long standing health issue which requires pain relief. I was interrogated in front of other customers and was treated by rude staff. I shouldn't have to explain to the WHOLE shop what is wrong with me in order to get some help. People with medical conditions should not to treated like that, especially in a chemist. Really would consider new staff and maybe even a remodel tbh.

Oh dear what is happening with this place? Are there availability issues with qualified pharmacists at the moment? Everything seems chaotic and muddled and staff seem very stressed and quite defensive. I really get that the problems are probably due to funding and distribution/availability of medications but the front of staff can be quite aggressive (I?m sure this is due to stress) but given that my medication is due to mental health problems I have decided to change my nominated pharmacy.

Honestly terrible place. First time given the wrong medication and took over a week to arrive. Now went for my medication and the last pharmacist messed it up ( apparently) so cannot have my prescription at all. Have to get an emergency prescription for inhalers otherwise I guess I won?t be breathing over the weekend. Moving to boots - used to love this pharmacist now no one knows what they are doing and not friendly at all.

Fortunately it seems to have turned a corner in the last couple of weeks although they still never answer the phone. I depend on my meds and need them before I run out but previously I have been told I would have to wait 4 days for something that they used to do straight away. I went elsewhere instead.

It has really gone downhill. I don?t get told anymore if my prescription is ready, I get given the wrong medication and it?s never ready when I go in. I understand they have pressures but when you?re on life saving medication it really shouldn?t be this difficult and poor service sadly.

Gone from a good service to appalling. 92 year old mother left without any medicines repeatedly. Won?t pick up phone.

This used to be Natural Health pharmacy and the service was excellent. Sadly since changing to Well the service has declined. It can take 7 days to get repeat meds.instead of 2 days.

Staff were clueless, rude and glared at customers.The pharmacy has been unable to take card payments and the staff instead of telling us where the nearest cashpoint was tried to send us to Anglia Square which has no cashpoints nearby. When told that there isn?t a cash point in Anglia Square she got defensive, instead of recognising her mistake.When we returned to pick up the prescription she spent the entire time glaring at us.

I found many reviews about this place rather harsh on them. There's not much to buy over the counter and the pharmacist varies but the young dispensers Abdallah and Amanda are super nice and hard working and do the best to help you out with your prescriptions

Unreliable, understaffed, pharmacists don't turn up, so it's closed unexpectedly. They never answer the phone. Things went downhill since they took over from Natural Health. Forgot to order my medicine, went in to ask about it, had to wait another week. I had to go in another time to ask about the medicines. I was told, they are waiting for some of them, turned out they mixed it all up, waited half an hour had all the medicines. If I didn't ask, they never sort it out.
