Used to be really good when two certain members of staff used to work there, since they left it have gone downhill very fast. A lot of missing medication, ?not knowing? and not the best when it came to communication.

Terrible service, rude staff. Neve have prescriptions ready, or deny having it. Even though it was sent days before. Avoid at all cost.

So incredibly slow, I was the only person in there and still waited half hour, I've heard a lot of people wait a lot longer. The shelves are absolutely filthy, there were 3 people working, surely someone could have cleaned, it's not recent dirt either as it was exactly the same about 6 weeks ago I left a line through the dust and it's still there.

Their servies were just getting worse and worse, closing at 4pm due to "staff shortage" then making us (2-3 people in the queue) wait for over 30 minutes to get our prescription. ?

Never answer the phone and extremely slow put prescriptions in 12 days early as take ages doing it and still have to wait around 30mins disgusting communication is out this world. I collect clients medication and are extremely poor I wouldn?t use them if it was my personal choice.

I believe it is crucial to remind them of their primary role, which is to serve customers who are financially supporting their establishment. While they have openly acknowledged their understaffing and the associated pressures, I acknowledge this as well. However, as someone with extensive experience in customer-facing positions throughout my career, I firmly believe that it is never acceptable for customers to take the brunt of one?s frustrations.I have had to take time off work due to my endometriosis pain, which was exacerbated by the delay in the pharmacy preparing my prescription. If the workload becomes unmanageable due to understaffing and pressure, I recommend considering a temporary closure until they can provide a more efficient and effective service. I believe that such a decision would garner more respect from customers like myself.Furthermore, considering the dog-friendly environment in Norfolk, (including Jarrolds and Waitrose *Supermarket* and Winsor Bishop) I was taken aback by the treatment I received from the manager regarding my dog. My dog serves as an emotional support animal for my anxiety, and I found it extremely distressing that the peroxide haired manager, publicly embarrassed me within the pharmacy. She also insisted that myself and my dog wait outside in the cold for an extended period, which I found utterly unacceptable.It is my belief that this staff member may have overlooked the importance of maintaining a respectful and considerate demeanor when interacting with customers.

Closes without any notice, leaving customers without prescriptions. Now not doing repeat prescription service. Not enough staff. Very poor service.

Since "Well" took over the store it has been inefficient, unhelpful, dismissive of customers, and unable to fulfill prescriptions that have been regular orders at the pharmacy for many years. Reliable helpful staff have been dismissed and replacement staff have been untrained and, at times, ill mannered and uncooperative. The telephone is ignored and, as one chemist told me, that's life, she couldn't do anything about it. Then, staff vehicles are left, unmovable, parked in the disabled parking bay etc. I could go on but what is the use?

Since We?ll took over this place has gone from bad to worse, you can?t rely on it being open due to ?staff issues? several times they have not been able to fulfil prescriptions and have had to go elsewhere!
