I needed to urgently buy some pills but they closed half an hour earlier, there was no sign on the door as to why they closed.

What an absolute mess. I waited outside whilst the staff had their lunch break. I could see them eating cakes through the top window, and they could see me waiting. They finally came down 10 minutes late, wiping their mouths, and told me the pharmacist wasn't back yet, I'd have to carry on waiting. Another 20 minutes later the Pharmacist, probably after finishing her cake, comes swanning in through the back door like she's royalty, then looks down her nose at everyone around her. I bit my tongue and politely asked for my prescription. The staff faffed around looking at old boxes scattered around the shelves then rudely told me they haven't got what I need. I asked when they would have it, the lady said 'Don't know'. I walked out without my prescription never to return again.

Looks closed from the outside. The opening times always differ. When the shop is temporarily closed they don?t put it on Google.
The shelves are half empty and it doesn?t look like a pharmacy from the outside.
At least the staff are helpful.

The shop looks like it?s a set from the walking dead with half empty shelves. I?ve only used it a few times and all times either haven?t got the meds required or sat on the prescription and then said we don?t have it go back to doctors! Will not use again, quicker and easier to drive to Tesco and collect.. EDIT! After being told to go back to doctors to edit prescription as they didn?t have 30ml .. went today? HAVEMT GOT IT!!!!!

Tried to tell me different than what my doctor had told me 15 mins beforehand. Offered me an alternative which was basically the same thing.
The lady in charge was extremely rude. First time visiting this pharmacy and definitely my last!

Well what can I say about ?Well? chemist!?! It?s filthy, grubby, 4ft weeds growing outside, needs a huge amount of TLC, a few of the staff couldn?t care less, there is a hopeless selection of stock!!! ?? I could go on and on. Brundall is a lovely village and deserves better.
Come on on ?WELL?, it doesn?t take much to make your business special. You would be respected and and supported by the locals. ????

honestly don?t think this place deserves a 1 star. they REFUSED to give me my antibiotics i had prescribed to me all because it was sent on friday. my gp told me to pick it up monday but they where closed. i called on saturday and got told i could pick it up today as there was no pharmacist in.I went in at 10am this morning and got told it wasn?t ready yet and to come collect it later on. we went in at 5:30. the pharmacist refused me my antibiotics and was blantenly rude. i?m 17 just learning how to drive and got told i should of picked it up elsewhere on saturday baring in mind i cannot get anywhere without an adult present. she then said i should of called 111 and it was my fault. she was honestly disgusting with how she spoke

if i could give this place no starts i would. i live in Brundall two years now. when ever i need anything from chemist i go here funny enough there never open. its just ridiculous. when they are open theres ques out the door or there just really slow and have u waiting. there not even nice or polite to talk to plae should be shut down. its ridiculous how unreliable it is considering its the only one in brundall. there is no other chemist

Zero stars. This place should be shut down. Not at all a reliable place for essential medication. There have been notes on the door all week saying the pharmacy is closed due to lack of dispensing staff available. My repeat prescription has been stuck there. Had to leave work early tonight to make another attempt. Queue was trailing out of the door, customers coming out saying they?d waited over 90 minutes. People gave up waiting despite having run out of repeat medication. No communication with the queue or sense of initiative, organisation or triage from staff e.g. to serve a woman waiting with a young baby or people whose repeat medication should be already packaged up on the shelf and didn?t need the pharmacist. There appeared to be at least 2 or 3 staff at the counter with customers coming out maybe 1 every 10 minutes - why it takes so long to serve one customer between multiple staff I don?t know. There?s surely systemic issues at Well head office for this situation to be allowed to happen continually, but the staff themselves are the most miserable people I?ve come across in a long time. You can deliver a bad situation with a smile and a sense of common humanity and decency, but they definitely do not have that skill. I?ve asked the GP to remove them from my records and never send my prescriptions there again. I?m signing up for a postal service now.

The worst pharmacy I have experienced.I was given the wrong medication the last time I collected my prescription.When I called to question it they assured me it was correct and the packaging has just changed.I continued to take it until I began to suffer side effects so looked into it independently and found they had prescribed incorrect medication.If you have no choice but to use them do make sure to double check what you are given.
