Terrible rude staff, pharmacist is non excistant.! Left waiting ages for something that should of been a 5 min consultation.! To get some over the counter antibiotics.! Absolutely shocking wait and service, unless ur a local smackhead waiting to collect ur methadone prepare urself for a long wait.!

I don't like this chemist, they don't answer their phone, all I want to ask is, is my prescription ready for pick up but I can't coz they don't ever answer.
I then have to go there and they tell me it won't be ready untill later or they have to order it in. Waste of my time. And this sanario is happening often. Not good. If they just answer the phone ppleople won't be wasting prescious time.

I had emergency anti biotics sent to this pharmacy on a Saturday after contacting 111 who had diagnosed me with suspected pneumonia. I was in absolute agony from the burning chest pain and struggling to breathe which had been made worse by having to walk 25 mins to the pharmacy in cold air. ( Not the pharmacy?s fault but I?m mentioning this because it explains the state I was in upon arrival )
Upon arrival I was in such a state I was in tears from pain snd breathless. The pharmacist took 10 minutes to come out ( there was no other customer in the store ) he informed me that they hadn?t received my prescription and that I?d have to travel to the medical centre, Which I told him I don?t have the means to do, it?s already killed me walking there. Is there no way of him chasing it up and he rudely point blank refused. So I said I would call 111 while I sat there and he told me there was no point because they close at 1pm!
I made the decision to call 111 back anyway while I sat in the pharmacy. Luckily they answered fast, the guy on the phone asked to speak to the pharmacist to confirm the code for my prescription and the pharmacist again point blank and rudely refused to speak to him and said they would have to call him on the pharmacy phone. Luckily the guy from 111 was very understanding and could sense the pharmacist was being awkward so he called the pharmacy.
Once my prescription was ready the pharmacist then proceeded to dump my medication on the counter and walk away, not even explained to me how often I need to take the medicine etc.
This guy is clearly in the wrong job. He didn?t show an ounce of compassion for the clear state I was in. Any self respecting medical professional would have offered support and calming advice in these circumstances.
I checked my heart rate on my watch and it had peaked to 155 my body was under so much stress from the illness coupled with the distress caused by this arrogant pharmacists attitude to the situation. Was lucky to not end up in an ambulance!
Never in my life will I use that pharmacy again, avoid at all costs. He needs his licence removing because he?s unfit to be doing that job!

Went in on Saturday only 3 people to be served taking over half an hour to see someone and give prescription absolutely ridiculous waiting time! And also said they didn?t have all of one medication they had prescription there a week!!

I'd give 0 starts if I could. Stood in a queue for 15 minutes to be told that they couldn't be bothered to let me know my flu jab appointment had been cancelled

Got prescription on Thursday, came to collect next Monday, told it'll be there tomorrow. Result: didn't get it ot Tuesday and Wednesday, "might arrive by Friday but can't guarantee". This is medicine for my periods which CANNOT wait a week, I'm suffering from horrible pain and leakages. Regret not asking to deliver the medicine to a different chemist.

Genuinely. I shudder at the thought of using Well Pharmacy, especially this branch. My medication is now 3 days overdue, I've run out and have had no communication from them. I've now tried calling for the 11th time. All unanswered... What an utter shower they are, truly a disgrace. Thankfully I won't be using this service again.

Shameful chemist. 97 times I rang . Promised my prescription yesterday . Overdue by a week . No painkillers . Sod all. And very rude staff .lucky I can?t walk over there.ignorance overflowing. And they switch the phone off

Promised on Saturday that the medicine for a 92 year old would be waiting for collection on Monday. Told by the rudest assistant I have ever come across that it had to be reordered ( for some untold reason) and might be available on Wednesday. Worst pharmacy in Norwich

I called to see if my prescription was ready, the women on the phone told me they had nothing to do with the well app and refused to even check if my prescription was there, she was very rude and seemed eager to get off the phone. I called a second time and didn't mention the well app and she actually checked this time and it was ready the while time.
