Very easy process selling an elderly relatives car. The price was reduced slightly from the original quote due to faults but not unreasonably. Richard was friendly and helpful and made it a comfortable experience. Would recommend if you don't want the hassle of selling privately.

I attempted to sell to this branch but ended up selling alsewhere with a lot less hastle. I asked them in advance to give me the exact list of paperwork they would require to buy the car, which I comprehensively supplied. When my elderly father took the car there they went through all the motions of inspecting it, offering a price, then asked for yet another document which they hadn't asked for in the original list and we had never even heard of, causing him to have a totally wasted trip. I asked them to specify exactly what paper they wanted so that he didn't have a second wasted trip and they coudln't even be bothered to reply. Overall I've found them to be pretty much the opposite experience of the slick adverts we are bombarded with on TV, by comparison my experience selling it via a rival service was every bit as nice as webuyanycar promise in their adverts and surprise surprise their competitor didn't ask for even half of the paperwork.

A lot less hassle than selling privately and a decision is made there and then. Had £360 knocked off the online price because of rust around the rear wheel arch.

Nice guy, Lewis, very polite and friendly. The amount offered was reasonable and not much different to online quote. A very simple and straightforward process. A lot less hassle than trying to sell privately.
