The food and service was great , the only reason to knock off 1 star is purely because of the prices , I felt it was overpriced for the quantity of food you got , but would not stop me returning ????????

food was tasty but for price should be more wow. The staff had no personality and were just serving plates of food rather than giving any service. At £65 for two people to eat a bowl of rice there needs to be a bit more in the way of service. The sharing plates we got were lovely but then my sons food came out and everything stopped, he'd ordered dessert by the time I'd got my food. It was impossible to order drinks as you were just ignored.

My curry was perfect. A bit crowded. 5 of us were dining here, and food wasn't served together.

Ordered a Chicken Katsu dish which comes with a large piece of breaded chicken, I asked the waiting staff for a knife to cut it up and eat it as there wasn't any on the table. They looked at me in a strange manner as if I had done something wrong. It then took around 5 minutes for them to find a knife and they delivered it to the table with quite an attitude. I've never been to a wagamamas before so not sure of this is a common occurrence but I can guarantee I won't return.

Had to pop to Norwich after work to change some clothes for my grandkids so popped in to Wagamama?s for a bit to eat. Great food as always always worth a visit.

Decent food the few times I've eaten here. Nice drinks. Service can be a bit slow and not the most atmospheric, but then that's the style of the decor of the Wagamama chain I feel.

I love the chicken curry: the chicken was nice, flavorful and crispy. The salad was also great with nice steak. However, probably the most boring curry I have ever eaten in my life: flavorless and a bit bitter. It came as a surprise to me that staff here were tired and bored with their jobs. They hardly gave a smile. I'm sorry if anything unpleasant happened to any staff on that day :) Well, nothing really special with the restaurant. I don't want to come back :)

Imagine making someone wait on hold after sending them ramen with no broth or veggies in it just to be rude when they complain. Clearly some staff training is needed if they can't even make a soup right...
