Larger, bald lady with high pitched voice not only was rude, but when told we couldn?t bring hot food in which was fine she then proceeded to scream at us in a high pitched voice down the corridor as we were eating it outside our cinema before going in as instructed and then proceeded to stand and watch from yonder with her arms crossed moaning to her colleagues!!!Customer service was shocking, won?t go again and talk about put us off our food. She was a misery!!! Her attitude stank so I suggest Get retrained love or don?t work in customer service, I could hear your shrill from 2 floors down!!!

Visited Vue Norwich to watch Dune 2 in Screen 6 and there was a significant fault with the projection causing a strong blue contrast across the whole screen. It was so prevalent that when the screen is supposed to be black it appears blue. I'm assuming the projector is in need of refurbishment/repair and this hasn't been done. This drastically reduced the viewing experience and was extremely distracting. It was a late night viewing and we had to leave straight away so couldn't take it up with staff at the time. Contacted HQ customer service this morning and they brushed my feedback off and would not discuss further. Staff in the cinema where really friendly however. If visiting try and avoid screen 6 (I can't comment on any other screen as haven't used those recently)

My friend and I went to see American Fiction last night. My phone wouldn?t load the ticket, and we panicked but were immediately helped by the brilliant person at the till (tall, red, short hair) who then helped us another couple of times before we went in. Super comfy cheap seats, really lovely and funny staff and that staff member went out of their way and made my day x

Aoife is the loveliest server. She was really helpful with my voucher and was really patient and friendly. Highly recommend coming here!

I had an extremely disappointing customer service encounter, possibly the worst. The employee displayed a lack of enthusiasm for their job and were unhelpful. "Silvia" exhibited a negative and rude attitude. Moreover, she rushed to call the next customers before allowing me to retrieve my belongings.I won?t be returning here.

Cinema itself, very good. However arrived early with pre-booked tickets, My wife (with the tickets) went to the WC, but wasn't allowed through to use it myself as my 6yr was in need. poor. Was made to feel like I was being dis-honest!

Always a great experience when visiting here for our local dulge into the latest blockbusters. Food is a bit on the expensive side but other than that couldn't fault it at roughly £5 a ticket.

Edited review 5 years later , and still only £4.99 any film any day ?At £4.99 for any film at any showing it is incredible value for money. The seats are very comfy, far better than the seats at the odeon. Parking is free with a validated ticket. Like all cinema's the food and drink is expensive ?

Just experienced the noisiest and most disruptive movie screening ever watching Wonka! Won?t be returning to Vue now sadly as it?s a waste of money
