The female member of staff needs to learn some Manners and not treat people they she does what an example to the young children in the shop
Well she has just lost a contract for two people

No wonder this company is going downhill. I have spent a whole day trying to sort a problem out with them to get no response or no help whatsoever will not be returning. I even went to the NORWICH branch who was equally as unhelpful.

I was talked into having Vodafone broadband and landline when visiting the store for mobile upgrade.
Salesman told me that I would keep my original landline number no problem (which I have had over twenty years) which i really wanted to keep.
Technical problems meant I was given a new number not happy !
Staff all very helpful during half a dozen visits trying to get my number back but none actually succeeded !

Vodafone advertises 5G service in Norwich - they don't even get signal in their own shopping centre let alone 5G! I often have little to no signal even when in the city centre, and Vodafone takes no ownership for this. Back to EE I go, the lesser of evils, at least I will get 5G with them.

Absolutely horrendous, I have hidden disabilities and after having difficulty online and via phone trying to set-up WiFi in my flat via Vodafone for upteen weeks, I decided I was going to take a 30+ minute walk to Vodafone which I got lost twice, for them to serve other people before me. They said they didn't realise I was waiting even though I was sat on the chairs waiting and then I can't even do it in store because I needed my card to pass security, which I'm locked out of because I forgot the pin also due to my disabilities.

I just went to the store, there is bad service and the staffs are very rude. He asked me to wait for 45 minutes when he got no information about servicing customers, then after when I left the shop he laughed at me what a coward.

Visited Vodafone Norwich on the 8th March saw Matt, very helpful sold me on a Galaxy S24, agreed i would come back on the following Monday or Tuesday. Matt busy, fair enough, wait 45 minutes see someone else, sorry we have no S24's come back in two days, what an absolute waste of my time i live 15 mls away and have already paid to park twice, No chance!

Spoke to a young sales agent and was spoken to quite aggressively as I wanted a sim only deal he seemed not interested and didn't beleive the plan I was on already and basically said I was a liar, won't be using Vodafone he just wanted to get rid of me as if I was wasting his time. Went to the samsung shop and although they sell handsets only the agent was so helpful and put me on the right path to find a good deal for me

I went to have a few answers confirmed from what I had read on Internet about leaving my Pay as you go with Vodafone and go somewhere else and the chap was very rude almost shouting at me and didn't believe my Internet findings.

I was disappointed with the lady at the reception.I walked in to be served by the lady with the worst attitude I've seen by any representative.She was miserable and stroppy. I walked out straight away, went to O2 and got what I needed.If you don't want to work don't come!
