“Very friendly and polite Staff that know their stuff about Games. Always a wide range of stock from the Retro Cassics from the 90's to the latest stuff such as Nintendo Switch and PS5. Prices are pretty decent too. definitely worth checking out if you haven't done so already.”

“Overall a great experience in the store. There appears to be a lot of reprints and recasing but that isnt a problem since you can easily choose another copy. Customer service is for the most part excellent, with staff usually being talkative. Caught a few whispers from staff complaining about having to do certain tasks but hey- its the service industry its how it is. The store is kept in pretty good condition, haven't personally been upstairs so cant comment for that but ive bought and traded in plenty of games here just fine and never had a problem with any games ive bought unlike other cex stores.”
