Worst online banking service. Unable to download a CSV file for more than 3 months. Every other bank enables you to download a bank statement for the entire year. Why are TSB's online banking services so far behind the rest?

Not one to review banks really lol. Long story short, I?ve had nothing but problems since trying to sort out merging my savings from when I was a child with a current account. At this point I can?t even be bothered to chase it up a third time. I?ll be withdrawing the remainder of my funds within TSB and closing all accounts. Cba x

They never answer the phone!!!!
l went to this branch to fill out an LPA form to assist my uncle in a care home. I was e-mailed the completed form to check and it has 2 errors in it. l cannot get through to anyone in the bank to correct them.
lt is not convenient to have to go into the city just to get this done.

Tiny little branch, usually only one teller at the counter. I have ben before and staff are so helpful and polite. Would recommend popping in if you have any banking issues.
