Visited TONI&GUY in Norwich today and Pearl did a stunning job ? I am absolutely delighted! I have been going to Toni & Guy salons for 10+ years and this is by far the best experience & happiest I?ve been with my hair results. i went in with already dyed hair , i had a balayage. so i asked for it to be more ashier. she said yea ill try my best . she put the dye, and when we washed my hair she put a toner that made my hair way darker than what i asked . and when she was brushing my hair after the wash and colouring she did not apply any sort of hair product and was bruhsing it with a thinnest plastic comb , my hair was literally being pulled out by how bad the comb was. the toner she applied washed off the next day and my hair was orange not ashy like i wanted it to be. im really upset because i damaged my hair and also had to pay full price (£160)for the wrong result.

The place is very clean, I felt welcomed and all my questions were answered, the hairdresser listened to what I wanted and gave me great advice, she was very polite, i will definitely be coming back and it will be the only hair salon I go to for now on

Joe cut my hair, we chatted a lot and he was very comfortable to be around, I explained to him how I would like my hair, and how I usually style it, he explained what I should do differently and what the right cut for me would be, I explained I?ve never had a salon I go to, I change every time however I will be coming back to see him!
