Tim and his team have been a miracle to me - I've been confused about how to best tile my kitchen floor and bathroom, as a novice (female) tiler, and they were super helpful with advice, good quality materials, and a friendly supportive atmosphere. They will always be my go-to tiling place in Norwich, and they do an NHS discount!

Came in very stressed with house issues and leak! Was offered a warm drink before anything else and walked through options politely and professionally. He helped me chose what I needed and I felt no pressure to buy from them (which you would elsewhere). They were so kind and actually gave me a large tile for free to cheer me up which was all I needed! Would always come back to them in the future. Thank you for making my rubbish day good!

I can?t recommend Tiles Away enough. Paul and Martin were very helpful and gave great advice. The showroom has a superb selection of tiles - really the most diverse interesting selection of tiles we saw in any showroom in the region. Ordering was simple and efficient, just a pleasure to deal with.Thanks for supplying great products and providing great advice.

Really helpful staff. Just browsing originally but ended up buying tiles and adhesive here instead of the other local bigger companies who ignored me whilst I was in their shops. Prices at Tiles Away were better too making the purchase a no brainer.

I had a small tiling project, and tried Tiles Away, as they were local. They had a great range of tiles and helped me choose the ones that were right for my kitchen. When I couldn't find a tiler to put them on the walls, they encouraged me to give it a go myself, giving me all the help and advice that I needed. And tadah! this was the result.
