What amazing customer service. We were greeted warmly by a very personable young man who gave us fantastic advice.We chose the tile for our bathroom surface and he carried it out to the car.We will definitely return when we have another project. Can not recommend highly enough!

Been in a few times with the wife as DIY newbies and wanted help with kitchen flooring. Ian and Chris have been a godsend! Helping us every step of the way, explaining step by step how to do things and what we would need. All the staff in store have been an absolute dream to deal with. Always a warm welcome and no question is ever too daft!! Will be back to sort tiles for next project soon!!

Popped into the Norwich store today to be met with the biggest beaming smile from Hannah, made me feel massively welcome!! Hannah was so unbelievably helpful with my tile edge conundrum and after a chat I left feeling so much more confident with my plan! The help and advice was massively helpful and it was genuinely so lovely to deal with Hannah today. Will 100% be coming back to chat about my bathroom and hallway ideas!

Chris from Title Giant Norwich Branch was a Knight in Shining armour as we arrived at 5:30pm on a Friday in urgent need of hearth tiles!! He literally rummaged like a hero and found exactly what we needed from the back of the warehouse. Such friendly and helpful staff. A wonderful experience that really got us out of a bind! Great service from the two gentlemen in Tile Giant Norwich. Top service!I went in with multiple questions about some of there tile backing systems and installation methods . They were extremely knowledgeable and informative of the products in questions. In addition the products were there cheapest in Norwich after looking in several shops.I would 100% recommend visiting the Norwich branch for any Tiling needs.
