I haven't received or fitted my floor tiles yet, but the service so far has been excellent! Welcoming, friendly, helpful, knowledgeable. They seem to go the extra mile naturally. Twice in store and I've felt so well looked after, mainly by Matt. Email follow up is always prompt and gives all the agreed information (I hate it when people don't fully answer what you've asked, and you have to ask again!). Just excellent. I hope delivery is just as good, as well as the quality of the tiles when I fit them. If so, I wouldn't consider going anywhere else in future.

Thank you to Steve for all his help with our two projects, he has always been extremely helpful and polite, the service has been excellent and the best bit, if Steve tells you he will call you back, he does! Always great service from Steve at the Norwich outlet and always happy to help. Decided the tiles ordered were not right and wanted to exchange and order a different choice. No trouble at all. Totally focused on the customer?s need. Have no hesitation in recommending this outlet.

Friendly, welcoming and incredibly knowledgeable. Steve at the showroom helped us pick exactly the right tiles for us and our project. The showroom is inspiring and easy to navigate with a brilliant range of choices for different budgets. Will certainly go back and highly recommend!

I have worked in retail for over 25 years and this is the best customer service I have ever received. From the outset Steve was attentive, helpful and very professional. He got all of the basics spot on, acknowledging as soon as we came in, helped with the selection, advised on how best to order, called us exactly when he said he would when the tiles were ready. When we arrived to collect, although he was in the middle of what sounded like a complex phone call, he acknowledged us straight away so we were happy to wait. If every retail experience was like this , shopping would be much more pleasurable. We felt like a valued customer and when we redo our whole bathroom suite later in the year, Steve will get the business. Outstanding.

Found Steve to be very helpful and after parting with over a thousand pounds I was 1 tile short so he ordered 1 which I was happy to pay for and after fitting it realised it was a slightly different shade so he explained it was from a different batch so ordered another,upon collecting he then insisted that I pay for that too which I refused and he became very rude so I asked him to call his manager who then said I could have the tile Free as it should have come from same batch and after hanging phone up just said take the tile..! Very unprofessional.

Guess covid-19 has got the better of them not open several days, pity usually nice guys and well stocked, good prices, shame we had to buy £6750.00 worth on the Internet, I like to buy locally.Hope you are all well soon

I purchased tiles for my kitchen/dining room from the Tile and Stone Gallery in Norwich and was extremely pleased with both the service and the product. The manager at the Norwich store, Steve, was very knowledgeable and most helpful in guiding my wife and I through the types and qualities of the many tiles on offer in the store. I would certainly recommend this shop to anyone looking for a great range of tiles and really good service.
