I would like to convey how much outstanding help Nikita (manager) at your Norwich branch gave me when I fell outside your shop, a few weeks ago. She also followed up with enquiries with how I was getting on as she knew I lived alone. To me she went the extra mile and I was really grateful for all her help and concern.

Awful experience at the Haymarket store. I was served by Nikita, who was rude, unprofessional, and completely unhelpful. She didn?t answer any of my questions, didn?t offer any assistance, and just kept telling me to ?do it all online? with no interest in actually helping. Her attitude made me seriously consider leaving Three altogether.
Thankfully, I later went to the Chantry Place store where Brioni was fantastic ? friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. She answered all my questions and helped me sign a new 2-year contract. The contrast between the two experiences was shocking. Brioni saved the day ? but this Haymarket store badly needs improvement.

Awful service. Been trying to terminate my plan as I always got no signal in Norwich. I went into the shop, the staff told me they don't deal with this kind of complain. I'm not sure what is the function of the store in Norwich High Street.

Useless. Manager is rude and pretty much told my grandad he's useless with a phone, making him feel pretty sad. Unacceptable. Who says that to an old man???

This people are thieves even when you respect your contract conditions and decide to terminate the contract later they will ask you to pay a huge sum . It?s more like they are trying to trap you done with them

Went in to this store today with a query about an existing contract. We were the only customers, but had to wait for the two staff members to finish their personal chat before they even looked at us. Our query was handled in an arrogant, condescending manner that made us feel as if we were idiots for even asking.

Bad experience, bad customer service. I been there to remove the adult filter to my sim card. I told to that guy with long hair with glasses, I already tried on the app but I don't have a credit card, and on the chat didn't go true the address verification. And is just id proof in the shop. And him the first thing was saying no I need to try to customer service, I said I tried and is the only option. And was saying ok, I don't think I can do it, but wait. I was waiting for 10 minutes, and I could see , is not bother to help was cleaning his tablet, was looking at mee, from times to time, but definitely is somebody what is not suitable for that job. And after I seen no interest to help, I left disgusted from there to don't lose my train, because I am from Cromer. But people like him they don't care and they don't need to be in this tipe of jobs. They need to be somwere else with the Brum or the shuffle in the hand where they don't bother other people and make the life more difficult

The staff in this shop gave me the worst possible advice when going abroad. They told me to put a cap on my account. I did this and suddenly i could not access my emails. The staff in this shop think they know what to do. They do not. Their advice was a disaster. Their advice has caused me about 3 hours wasted time trying to get access to my emails. They caused me a holiday nightmare
