I am writing this review because I am so disappointed with the service I am receiving. I placed an order some three weeks ago with the confirmation that the order would arrive within week. I had notification from Evri about two weeks ago that the order was held up. When I look at the tracking for the delivery the Evri website says that the parcel was at their hub on 20th July and since then.... "Your parcel is at the delivery depot and we'll let you know when it's out for delivery". That's two weeks delay.So I have telephoned White Company Customer Services twice and been promised that they will get back to me later that day to tell me when delivery will be made. They could not tell me at the time what had happened to my parcel. I have not subsequently received the promised telephone call response to either of my calls.A further issue is that when I go onto my account on TWC website and look up "my Orders" I get a spinning wheel. My order is not being presented to me.Shocking service.

Worst experience in online shopping. I ordered some stuff, the website collapsed after payment and the order was not processed, and after about 2 weeks I am still waiting for the refund of my money... Horrible service.

Lovely Products - However Customer Service Support was shockingly & surprisely terrible from such a top brand! I ordered some pillows online and they never arrived. Every email I sent, I was told they are on there way. It got to the point of complaint and I was ignored and not listened too. They sent me a £20 voucher - however this is an apology, yes...but still didn't receive my money back and had such terrible service. I would recommend the products but ONLY from The White Company stores where staff are much friendlier!

I have had the worst experience ever today in the Norwich white company store not by every one in the store sadly by the supervisor I think if she had listened to her associates who tried to hint what would resolve the problem I would not be writing this review sadly as I have always enjoyed fantastic customer service so as a privilege customer I placed my considerable order on line and won't sadly shop there again with the pull on the high street you cannot afford poor/dreadful customer service especially from a member of the management team
