Although they have everything you need their prices here have gone up considerably. I know prices rise but I've found numerous products that Ive purchased here, only a few days later seeing them in different stores some 20% cheaper. I have found this has happened on numerous occasions after shopping here lately and have to admit I now no longer shop here after feeling they rip you off. Products that are online at a good price at the range almost always are not in store. When I ask about certain products that appear on their online site the staff tell me oh that's online only after traveling all the way to the store. I won't be shopping here again as I mentioned the range prices are now more than other stores and don't want to be ripped off.No doubt they will respond to this review and say they check thier prices. Yes probably that your more than elsewhere.

Great range! We went in for office furniture, I hadn't seen built in furniture displayed locally before. The in-house designer was very helpful in ensuring everything would fit into our office - highly recommended.

Turned up at 13:30 on a Sunday, went to the cafe and no hot food. No signs saying this so had to queue, nothing on the menu saying that they didn't serve after a certain time.Cake looked OK but that's no use if you want something to eat.

A mix of department store, very decent arts and crafts store, home DIY centre and garden centre. With café.The only draw back I could think of was when I wanted a product with no price shown, I was told I'd have to take it to the till to find out how much it was. The product was heavy and as far from the checkout as you can get, plus the queue was long, so I dropped it and bought it else where later.

Couldn't get everything I needed. I haven't been in a while and it's changed a lot. Even has an Iceland in there now! I do wish they would make more of an effort to put prices on their shelf edges, its most frustrating seeing something you like but no price anywhere! Still has a good arts and crafts section though.I specifically went for track curtains and they had next to none.

How can curly fries be both hard and soggy? Compete mixed bag if you eat at DeeDees, food was hot and cold in different spots how? £27 for x2 coffees x2 slices of cake and x2 kids lunches. The first time I?ve ever returned food to a sever as my kids wouldn?t (neither would i) eat it.

You have to love the Range, it has everything you didn't realise you needed, great for frames and reasonably priced art and craft supplies. The staff are friendly and efficient.

The Range in the run up to Christmas is a busy shop. Expect this when you get there and you will be fine. They have a large range of goods from household stuff to craft activities. The reason for my visit was to look at the Christmas decorations, which they have a lot of and storage boxes, not so many of them this visit though.

A good selection of craft stuff with interesting bits and bobs for ideas etc.. Wanted card this time - and there was a wide RANGE (oh stop it!) of size, colours and thickness. With a bit of planning you can also get in/out and avoid Christmas.

The store is now displaying mainly (it seems) Christmas stock it has also now got an Iceland section which is convenient and will give local people without transport an alternative to Sainsburys.

I love the range and all the other shops in the vacinity but unfortunately I was filming for my YouTube channel showing my subscribers what's new in store and time ran away with me. I ended up staying for lunch then bumped into some friends and had another coffee and a chat a lovely few relaxing hours. I later discovered I got a parking fine for parking too long. I was 12 minutes over the time spent. So please be aware there is a time limit of 3 hours. I have indeed contested it and waiting to hear back.

I visited The Range in Norwich two Sundays ago. Whilst in the pet food section I noticed a rat run from under those pallets to under pallets in the water feature section. I reported this to two members of staff who appeared little interested. I also saw evidence of bird seed plastic bags on pallets being gnawed with bird seed on the floor, which I informed the staff. Later that day I emailed The Range informing them what I had seen giving contact details. Not getting a reply after two days I emailed again, still no reply. Subsequently it is with regret that I have had to post this review. The Range has a cafeteria and now stocks food which is only a matter of a few metres from where I saw the rat.
