Offered a much better Euro-Gbp exchange rate than the EuroChange 2 minutes down the road, saving me 100 pounds. The staff was professional and soft-spoken; whilst I was waiting for my transaction to complete a Thai couple with very poor grasp of English was trying to send money to their daughter back home - the male employee was very patient with them which as a foreigner myself I can greatly appreciate.

Absolutely shocking. I bring a new unworn ring in that I paid £8000 for with 52 diamonds on it and they bid me £800!?! Insulting in the extreme. Avoid like the plague.
