Very poor products and very poor service. We had 6 chairs delivered and one was damaged we had to wait another 3 weeks for it to come in. we had 3 dining room tables delivered and all were damaged. We were left with out a dining room table for nearly a month with a 1 year old baby. No care has been given to the fact we had to take 3 days of work to wait around for the deliveries to turn up. Terrible products.

I have purchased a set of drawers. They arrived with a slight nick, but I have to say the way that Cotswold Co handled it was exceptional. Anca looked after us and was very good.The drawers look great and are good quality and we have walked away happy customersThanks

Still no delivery on an item order on 16th May. Courier team turned up with my item but refused to deliver as I live in an apartment. I had specifically ordered item through a store, sent photos of the entrance to my apartment building and apartment itself and received confirmation that delivery would take place. After 5 days of calls to store and customer services I still don't know where the desk is or when I will receive it. Poor service, poor delivery, poor customer service. Could do so much better! Oh and of course the company have had my funds for nearly 10 weeks!

Shocking! Paid£525 and received a damaged tv unit, initially offered a repair company but declined as took 3 weeks. Accepted exchange with item going though ?quality control ?! And arrived damaged in exactly same corner.Delivery company were careful and helpful and offered me a doorstep discount which I accepted as can?t bare to go through same happening.However still waiting as discount has to be given by Cotswold and they take forever to answer emails.. really not sure if I will get discount and left with tv unit with a smashed corner. Will avoid ever shopping here again!!!

I?m now on the 5th reschedule for a chest of drawers I ordered. The latest reason is that due to a warehouse error it wasn?t put onto the delivery vehicle. 5 days of waiting in and I have zero confidence I?m ever going to receive my item and I?m having to do all of the chasing, no one is coming to me with apologies or resolutions. Completely shocking

It?s a real gamble with this company. The furniture is nice, you have to give them that. However, it?s a complete lottery with the quality of craftsmanship and delivery. We?ve had two pieces of furniture returned through damage...quite inconvenient because it?s a long wait for a replacement. If you?re looking to receive 100% quality first time, then I?d look elsewhere. But, if you?re willing to take risks, then might be worth a shot.

Horrendous experience with this company. Delivery is a complete lottery, everything is made as difficult as possible. Having taken the money for the furniture, 10 weeks later I am still waiting for delivery. The automated 'updates' it turns out are meaningless. IF I ever see the furniture I have bought, I will be able to comment on its quality.

Delay after delay with no communication and moving goal posts constantly. No proper complaints procedure to speak of and even when you call, give you wrong and conflicting information. One excuse given was that I live too remotely - 30 mins drive from Norwich! Website is also misleading - don't believe availability/delivery/stock dates! I wouldn't touch this firm with a barge pole if I was you.

Shocking service. Please do not use this company if you expect them to deliver large items to a room of your choice. I ordered a larder unit and it was dumped not even upright in my living room. This is despite saying I would cancel the order if they could not place the item where I needed it

Really poor quality and service. We?ve attempted three times to have good quality furniture delivered and each time it was of poor quality. Despite this, we?re still trying to keep the furniture and have it restored but we?re left with duplicate (Large) furniture left in my house that I cannot get removed and no one is answering phones or returning emails!

First time ordering from this company, paid £20 to have it delivered by Friday and had 1 text at 6 am saying your order is on it's way today, only minutes later to have another text saying that there's no stock and the order isn't coming!! Spent a total of 2 hours trying to get through to someone- an absolute waste of my time! Was going to spend more with this company- certainly not now. I would not recommend AT ALL.

Bought a bed and a mattress from them. Bed was fine, mattress was horrific. Described as firm and pocket sprung, it was a bit like lying in a puddle and with two people on the bed you ended up rolling together. almost worth taking up with Trading Standards. I've reviewed at 2 stars only because the bed was as described, but the mattress was a joke.

Very happy with quality products, especially compared to the flat pack style stuff from most other retailers these days. Yes there can sometimes be a wait on items but was well informed through out the process and informed at point of purchase.

Absolutely horrendous company to deal with. I placed my order in February and I'm still waiting for my 3rd replacement, furniture is not very good quality, I have had some damage on every piece of the 3 items I ordered, I have had them replaced and was no better, I'm still waiting for someone to get in touch with me to sort it out, customer service just say customer care are busy they, ll ring you back but never do, iv sent emails, they just say we, re trying to sort out logistics, if it wasn't for the fact the TV unit is the only one of its size I can find, everything would have been returned for a refund. I have pictures of the damage furniture and they have had them too, I, ll try to post on here. The furniture looks to me like it's seconds, poor quality.

I ordered over the phone from the Outlet in Wednesbury, as I?m not local. I spoke to Phil, the store manager, and he was brilliant. It was so easy to arrange delivery and he gave me all the necessary information about the pieces I wanted. I was unsure about ordering over the phone without seeing the pieces but they arrived yesterday and there?s barely a mark on them - and I got them at a fraction of the price. Thank you so much!Was kept in the loop with emails about the delivery date and time and they showed up when expected and delivered the furniture to the room we wanted (upstairs).The furniture was very well packaged - it was actually a challenge to open it! Will definitely be buying from you again in future - and will always be checking the Outlet before paying full price! Thank you Phil!
