I wouldn?t recommend this shop at all, very rude staff!! I was returning an item I had brought online to be told they don?t do refunds on online products but I could go to Bury St Edmonds to return it?!
Well it didn?t say that online when I brought it as it clearly stats you can return it in a store.
The server was very rude and then whilst I was walking out of the store she was laughing about me to the next customer?. Very professional!!
I wouldn?t recommend anyone to step foot in the place, shop with an independent rep as you always get amazing service then as they are doing something they love!!

absolutely disguted to be told I was not allowed in your shop today! I was asked if I had a face covering... when I replied no, I am exempt (severe asthma) I was told very rudely that I'm not welcome in the shop and to leave!! absolutely disgusting

When entering this shop as a man alone you get totally ignored. Even when there is nobody else in the shop I was totally ignored by 2 young girls more intent on moving about to the music. After a few minutes I left and spent £110 on cosmetics elsewhere.Come to think of it the same thing happened last year.
