Does not stick to closing time of 11pm as me and 3 other people got there just before 22:50 and they were closed completely ignoring all of us, its a disgrace and needs to be fixed as this is false information and im sure its against the law or trading standards as its false advertising

My wife rushed in just 30mins before closing to get some pain killers for my son at home who?s just broken his hand,, whilst she was in there she grabbed some other bits at the same time (wine). Because she had her hands full my 13 year old carried the pain killers to the till. She was then told my a staff member that she could not have any of the age restricted items because he?d carried them! So sorry for picking up extra sales for you on the way round. Appalling behaviour from staff member here even after my wife got upset and explained the pain killers were for son at home with broken hand, on a Sunday evening when minimal places open, she rudly said she wouldn?t serve here and basically didn?t care. Yes I understand pain killers are age restricted but he didn?t take off the shelf, he wasn?t buying them, they weren?t for him. I know rules are in place for a reason but surely staff must be able to assess the situations at their discretions for individual situations

Having gone to Tesco, against my better judgement but had an urgent letter to get a stamp for, found the level of customer service by "Bronnie" on the till atrocious. Not a single word other than "you want four or eight?" charm school a must.

Most staff ok, just a couple are miserable and sigh if you want to get something out of fridge while they stocking. I can understand its annoying but customers are there to shop. If I see them in store I do leave as I feel I'm in the way.
