Standard Tesco. Good for packaged goods and household items. Poor selection of fresh food. As with all Tescos the fish, meat and deli counters have been removed. The pizza counter has also gone as has the sushi serve over. I find lack of fresh unpackaged food makes the store somewhat dispiriting and flat. This though is now typical of British food retailing.

Dangerous, dishonest, and completely unacceptable ? get your act together, Tesco
My wife bought diced chicken clearly labelled ?boneless? from Tesco ? what a joke. That label was a blatant lie. After cooking it, we ended up pulling multiple bones out of our mouths while trying to eat. Not just one or two ? several sharp pieces. This isn?t just false advertising, it?s a serious health risk. Someone could choke or get seriously hurt because of your sloppy quality control. It?s shocking that a major retailer can?t even get something this basic right. This was careless, dangerous, and flat-out disgusting. We won?t be buying meat from this branch again ? and honestly, we?re rethinking Tesco altogether.

I visited today for a food shop at about 5pm, have been there many times.
Went in to use the ladies toilet, saw the disabled toilet was available as the door was wide open, looked in and it was disgraceful, toilet tissue all over the wet floor, looked dirty.
So I went in the main ladies, all the cubicles were occupied, the smell of faeces/urine made me gag, as it did another lady, but we waited.
No record on the wall anywhere to record the toilets had been periodically checked. The toilet I had to use was dirty.
I, and I'm sure other people do, tend to judge public food and beverage outlets by how clean the toilets are, if they are tidy and clean, it's a good gauge, of the cleanliness within the business itself.
In this case I dread to think!!?
Please keep the toilets clean!

I shop here often as there is a wide range of products! The store is almost always busy and this can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when picking staff go very quickly down each aisle with their trolleys. All staff that I?ve had contact with have been friendly. They have a good selection of vegetarian food, however when not on promotion the products can be expensive, especially the chilled vegetarian foods. Large car park that is usually very busy. There are customer toilets which are clean and there is a Costa inside which has a pleasant atmosphere.

It's a Tesco supermarket, what else can you say about it.

I shop here every week and I have to say I usually love the place. The reason for a one star is due to the lack of toilet facilities (they have been shut for at least two weeks) with nasty portaloos in the car park and also Costa is only doing takeaways. I believe it?s a water issue. Come on Tesco sort it out?! There?s no apologies in store or an ETA on when things will return to normal. I feel so sorry for the Costa staff as footfall is obviously way down. How long does it take a major store to fix a problem? I?ve tried finding out via Facebook etc but nothing doing.

Thank goodness this store isn't my local - I'd rather travel further than use it! On a trip to Norwich called in for a few 'bits', but first the loos and a coffee beckoned. Loos out of order 'they are in the carpark' was the reply when asked. Not an easy find!!!!! When eventually found - nowhere near the cafe, they were far from pleasant with no washing facilities. They looked as though they had been there a while. To imagine shoppers returning to shop after a visit - no thank you!

It is impossible to send tesco an email with a complaint about substandard produce which has caused damage to my car. Frustrated initially by the damage, angered when contact to inform tesco of this was found to be impossible. Very poor customer service.

It's a standard Tesco but it constantly has problems with the fuel pumps. Closed again yesterday.

The amount of times I?ve been there only to be unable to get through the aisles due to the sheer volume of pickers (who stand around and gossip, leaving their trolleys in the way, ignoring the customers) is insane.
Added to this, there has been many times where entire freezer areas were empty during rush hour- those staff who are stood around idly gossiping could be better used to stock up I think!

My mum and I came to shop here today and unfortunately experienced racism, again, we normally don?t write reviews but this time it was so severe, they refused to serve us and we felt so embarrassed. Ironically her name was Karen and the other was Kim. If you?re not English or white, we don?t recommend coming here, as this is a repeated experience.

We had a problem with our order going through as app kept kicking the order out, finally thought it had gone through (an hour after I should have been asleep), to find out out it hadn?t gone through, I thought I will ring customer services first thing as that?s when I found it hadn?t gone through. As the order was for my disabled parents not me, I was hopeful that Tesco could be helpful, understanding and sincere, also listen to loyal customers, but no, just got told it was my fault and to reorder for another day, I was taken about from how rude and arrogant that they came across, I asked for a manager to call me back, I was told that they would within 30 minutes, now nearly an hour later and nothing, I always thought Tesco valued loyal customers but no, it?s all about profit.

Use this Tesco's a fair bit, always seem to have a issue with the same lady, short haired blonde normally works on self checkout, she is very rude and I find her very unapproachable, today for example, the alarm went off as me and my mum left so we stepped back I said to her it was me and she proceeded to snatch the hoody from my mum and basically slung it back to her and said "no tags"
So I said again it's an item in my bag handed her the item it was, she snapped at me it should off deactivated the tags if and when you scanned it, I proceeded to show her my receipt and she deactivated the tags, dumping the item back in my bag, no sorry, no thank you nothing.
I have had countless issues with her, just being very rude and a unfriendly.

My experience at Tesco?s about three weeks ago, when my mother-in-law came from Portugal, My wife and I I am 42 years old and my wife is 30. We were refused to buy a beer by a member of staff. He was rude. He told my wife I don?t care it?s the law this is not the attitude. He didn?t realise that I was standing at the other side. I think he spoke to my wife, the way he did because she was a different culture. I think Tesco?s is racist and rude. I have spent thousands of pounds in this shop and not once have I ever been stopped. I feel embarrassed and my wife feels that she was racially attacked. The embarrassment is that my mother-in-law came from Portugal for the first time and had to deal with this horrible crossfire. There is no customer service. When I spoke to the manager, he was understandable, but I don?t think anything was done regarding this young man. I will never shop in Tesco?s ever again. I now have to feel that I have to do online shopping because I feel embarrassed of walking into Tesco?s. This is not how somebody should feel. The environment of the staff are rude and arrogant they need To be reformed around customer service, unbelievably for a beer that a member of Tesco staff call the police on you is horrendous and lying about threats. I will never recommend Tesco?s superstore for anyone with a different cultural background racism Exists. I am a white man that has experienced this.
