I loathe doing negative reviews, however I value good customer service. I couldn?t let this experience go undocumented. Tried to do a refund tonight. Attitude of staff was so negative & made me feel like I had done something wrong. Their whole process made me feel like an undervalued customer. Duty manager Luke (probably a nice guy but so very ineffective and not ready for a management role based on his performance tonight) and customer service assistant Louise (sorry Louise but you?re customer service is abysmal) both successfully made me feel anxious and a complete inconvenience. The total vibe appeared to be ?make the customer squirm? by holding up queues, taking time for duty manager to appear, discuss receipts provided in hushed serious manner without any customer engagement forthcoming. It was truly painful. Thankfully a chap called Ben eventually took control of the situation calmly, efficiently and professionally. Ben gets five ??, Luke gets 1 star because he at least gave me a generic apology when I pointed out the poor customer service techniques being applied. Louise gets nil points? the only positive from her was that she stapled my receipts together at the end of this painful transaction. Such a shame because there are some really great staff working here who can consistently deliver superb customer service.

Don't go twice. The camera clocks you in on the first visit and out on your last visit and then sends you a £70 parking charge. There's noway to get the pictures, and having two receipts at different times doesn't help. Tesco staff don't care, don't help and there's no way to show you are innocent.

The recent renovations were essentially to allow more room for staff packers which hasn't worked.
The supermarket has become busier than ever over the last 5 year, and now tesco have added whoosh packers into the mix !
You can't get down the Isle for all the packers, they walk in front of you as you are looking at products.
I have resorted to pushing the trolleys out of the way now as I don't feel a customer should be waiting for packers..
Customers right of way, whoosh packers sod off !!
This also means there are shelf stockers on the shop floor as well to accommodate the increase in demand.
It's an absolute joke supermarket.
Tesco, have a distribution centre instead of making your customers suffer a frustrating, time consuming experiance and putting your staff in the firing line of angry shoppers..

?I visited my local Tesco superstore today to drop off some clothes at the clothes bank. While I was there, I also decided to pick up some groceries. This has to be one of the largest Tesco stores in Norfolk! Even though I?ve been coming here for years, I just now noticed all the concessions available in the store.
?I was already familiar with Timpson, having previously used their key cutting service. However, I noticed Hays Travel, Johnsons specialist cleaners, and Max photo shop for the first time today. Overall, I had a delightful shopping experience, from parking my car to paying for my items at the self-service automated cash tills.

Went today and it was utter madness. The staff picking online food shops were so rude. Several times they bashed their trollies into my pram. They were also literally pushing customers out the way so they could grab things. I came across 5 of these pickers in one isle who were just stood there chatting while blocking the way and refused to move until they had finished their chat.
