Recently moved doctors and now get my medications from here, not sure Why I picked up a prescription a week ago. One item not in stock, so they ordered it. I registered for a text notification, as I had not received it, so went in and asked. A twenty minute wait to be served was then extended by ten minutes while I waited for it to be checked. I asked why I had not received a text, he told me they only send texts when the prescription has been made up, which they had not done until I went in and asked for it?, he could not understand how stupid that sounded

My husband has x3 different medication one of which is heart medication. The doctors sent them the prescription on the day I requested, but the pharmacy whats you to wait until they call you when it's ready. We waited, couldn't wait any longer, they said they didn't get it to called doctors, they sent another. Oh surprise surprise they now had two prescriptions. But now they don't have the heart medication and have offered no help what so ever. The one medication that is keeping him alive. Rubbish pharmacy.

Has a scary turn in Tesco today having a hypo and not knowing what was happening. The staff were incredible somehow managed to tell them I was diabetic and they got me lucozade to drink whilst they done a tannoy call to find mum cannot thank the staff enough 4 of them stayed with me and when I asked how many lucozade bottles I had drunk so I could pay for them they insisted it was fine and it was on them and not to worry the manager who was also with me was diabetic so knew exactly what was happening and what to do.

Staff are very polite , but always seem to be rushed off their feet. Obviously management like to run with the minimum amount of people possible. Always a fairly long wait in the queue every time. Prescription is never ready to collect no matter how early it gets sent in.

Shocking attitude from the pharmacist today. Asking for a branded product for my wife but struggled to remember the correct name of it. I asked the first member of staff for its correct name? all I could think of was fenugreek but explained it was a similar name and worked along the lines of nytol. Now I understand and completely agree with the fact that a pharmacy has a duty of care. This particular pharmacist however then jumped into the conversation and rapidly fired a series of questions at me in a most unpleasant demeanour. Who?s it for, what?s it for, why do I need it. These were not just gentle questions these were rapid, loaded questions. There was no queue. For me as a husband following his wife?s request to buy a branded product this was most unpleasant. I felt intimidated. I felt judged. I felt pressured. I felt humiliated because I didn?t properly know the answers? and wasn?t able to answer quickly enough and directly enough. After my first two answers of hay fever allergy, sleeping and doing the same sort of thing as nytol I became tongue tied and said anxiety instead of allergy to which I was closed down immediately and told in no uncertain terms I would not be sold anything. I wasn?t rude. I did not swear. I wasn?t aggressive. I just asked for some help with remembering the brand name. Christ alive, I only wanted a box of phenegan. Ewelina Danilwjcr was the duty pharmacist. Either she was having a very, very bad day or she needs a total retrain in customer service. I feel so shocked by her handling of this situation I will also be taking this further. Nobody she have to feel the way I felt coerced into feeling, especially by a frontline pharmacist.

I just wanted to post a massive thank you to the trolley guy who helped my dad today with his shopping, it?s friendly and helpful people like you that mean he is still able to get out of the house and feel like he is doing his bit. My dad is 75 and walks with two sticks so to have someone help means more than you know. Thank you
