I bought a fantastic Kia Picanto from this motor group and cannot fault the car or the salesman.The car is in pristine condition and try as I might, I cannot find fault with it.The buying of the car was a pleasure, there was no pressure or urgency from sales people.Documents and checks relating to the car were all in order and delivery was quick and efficient.Follow up courtesy calls were recieved on more than one occasion from the company, a polite call enquiring how I was settling in with my new car and if I had any questions after driving the car for a period of time. Highly recommended!

?????????Have to agree with Shelby Hornby who reviews here on this site. I won't go into details yet as it looks as if I'm forced by these lowlife thieves (they took 7k off me for a car that is unfit for purpose) to court to recover my losses. Whatever you do I just sincerely urge you to shop elsewhere for a vehicle unless you really want to end up with your fingers burnt. This secondhand dealership with Jamie Bone at the ships helm is an absolute disgrace to the motor trade and word should be spread far and wide of the wrong doings of this gang of local conmen. Take it from me you really need to avoid this dealer ??????????

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!I bought a Mercedes A class in August 2023, at first I thought the company were genuine, they gave me a reasonable price for my part exchange and they fixed the paintwork on the Mercedes that was peeling off on the bumper before picking up.After a few days of having the car I emailed the company as there was a horrible smell in the car, I had to get the car detailed twice as the car was also covered in tarmac. The smell still hadn?t gone after the interior was washed.Fast forward to October there are now knocking noises when turning a corner and going over bumps, as well as rattling when putting my foot on the accelerator( these still haven?t been fixed), they fobbed me off saying a bolt was lose.They did however replace the brake disks and urgent ARB links, which should have been done as a service before selling the car.Meanwhile my windows are fogging up, I have ice on the inside of my windows.In January, I found a puddle in the footwell of my car and they had it for 4 weeks in the garage. They ignored me when I said it was the air vents, but Mercedes clarified it was this. So all along they sold me a damp smelly car, which clarifies the smell.I have also spoke to Mercedes specialists about the ratting accelerator, and they confirm this is called the death rattle on automatics and it?s a costly job which is why they fobbed me off.I?m currently fighting with the finance company and financial ombudsman to return the car!!This has caused so much stress!!!

Car runs great and sales team are friendly although there are a few things I think should have been rectified before the car was put up for sale. The lh side of the bonnet is covered in overspray. I have tried everything to get it off but have since given up. Granted I should of noticed it when looking at the car but feel when the car was looked over and cleaned it should of been removed plus the roof is starting to bubble with rust and the electric folding mirrors dont work.The air con in the car doesn't work. Again something I feel should of been checked before being sold. Lastly check your warranty. When I bought the car was told it had a 3 month warranty but was no mention of the claim limit. After checking the paperwork it has a 500 pounds claim limit. Not much in today's world of motoring. Check the paper work before signing on the dotted line for the car

I had a nightmare just before Christmas with my clutch breaking. Called around another of garages trying to find someone to fit me in with no luck but managed to get in with Swans Motor Group within a week. Was helped by Steve who was fantastic. I had more issues with a MOT and needed further work doing and again Steve managed to get me in promptly and solved my issues again in a day. Will definitely use this as my go to garage now in future and would highly recommend them to friends and family in future.

From my very first contact with Archie at Swans asking for boot measurements (a reply and measurements within 30 mins) I?ve been very impressed. Archie made me an appointment to test drive a Nissan Qashqai , after driving I decided to buy it. I got very fair trade in price for my car and we did a deal. Archie at my request arranged for some paint work to be done , I felt very confident in him he was always attentive and professional , there was no ? sales? pitch just genuine straight answers and great service , the car was ready a day before I expected. I informed him that the rear washer wasn?t working and a couple of days after I had a phone call from Steve the work shop manager to take it in to be looked at , it needed a new pump which was ordered and fitted the job was done on the same day within two hours. Overall I?ve been very impressed with Swans and would not hesitate to recommend them . Thanks Archie for your help .
