I went to the Superdrug Nurse to get my blood drawn with Medichecks. This review is about that specific event and not the general Superdrug store & staff.
I felt incredibly unsafe in the nurse's office and would strongly advise against going for blood checks at this Superdrug store.
The nurse did not consider my nervousness when conducting the blood test and made my anxiety worse. She was very bad at making patients calm down.
Most alarmingly, she also did not wear gloves or any protective wear when drawing my blood, which is very unsanitary and unsafe. She bumped the needle on my trouser leg and then proceeded to attempt to draw blood with it.
I have previously had no issues with having my blood drawn with some doctors commenting on how easy it is with my veins, yet this nurse was unable to find any place that worked.
Overall a horrific experience. Considering the cost I spent to have my blood taken I am incredibly disappointed at the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism.

Special mention to Jodie, she was so lovely today when I went in totally clueless on what makeup suited me best. She helped me chose a foundation and a setting spray that would be perfect she even colour matched and give me tips on applying everything. She was very kind and made sure to ask lots of questions!

Way much better than Boots. Very tidy and helpful team. always prefer to go superdrug instead. It would be great if it can open another branch in the retail park.

Holly was a superb server! Friendly, chatty and very helpful. Made recommendations at the checkout which I bought, she even went to the aisle and picked it for me. Great service. Her shop floor colleague, also excellent (but didn?t spot her name) took my shopping bags and kept an eye on them whilst I did my Superdrug shop. Both went above and beyond - Thankyou both so much, Penny. I was in store Friday 25th October!

I used the Superdrug phlebotomy service to provide bloods for a Blue Horizon lab test. Making the appointment, online, was simple. I attended Superdrug in Norwich, was seen on time, had bloods taken, painlessly, by a very kind and professional phlebotomist. All good and very efficient! Highly recommended for vaccinations, blood tests etc! Many thanks.

All I can say is a little customer service training would go a long way. If a customer comes in looking lost and needing help finding something because they've never been in before, OFFER HELP! don't just give them a blank stare. Always check to see who's waiting at the pharmacy counter so customers don't end up waiting for 10 mins. If you don't have what they need, suggest somewhere else they can go instead of just 'sorry'. Seriously, it can't hurt.

Just wanted to thank again and highly praise the fabulous man who helped me today when I approached the pharmacy counter instore this morning after a very nasty fall in the street. So sorry I didn't get his name but I certainly won't forget the care and attention given to check me out and give me excellent advice...I didn't mention I was NHS but he was spot on with what he told me. After feeling quite shaken and on my own in the time we spent together it certainly allowed me to feel less shaken and happier to plan my means of getting myself home. So the biggest heartfelt thank you to you a true diamond.

each time I?ve come in here to buy someothing, I?ve always seen Keivy with the worst attitude! Came in the other day to buy a Hismile product, it wouldn?t scan, another really polite lady on the till asked her to grab another one, she snatched it out of this woman?s hand and reluctantly got another one! Poor woman had to apologise for her behaviour. I would?ve thought oh she?s probably having a bad day like we all do, but this is constant!
