I visited the store in London Street in Norwich this morning in order to use up my reward points before they expired. I used my points to purchase a 6 inch big breakwich. Firstly I had to wait a while to be served, there were no other customers in the store but the person behind the counter was preparing an online order for collection. He didn't actually tell me that or apologise for keeping me waiting, I just stood there for a while and worked that out for myself. After paying for my sandwich with my points I went to sit outside the store to eat it, it was then I discovered it was not even luke warm even though it had been put in the oven. I went back in to the store and explained it was cold (not easy given the language barrier - and I mean no disrespect to your employee's ethnicity, it was just really difficult for me to understand him and vice versa), he put the sandwich back in the oven and although it did feel warmer when he handed it to me it turned out not to be much warmer when I came to eat it. I don't know if there was an issue with the oven or if he just wasn't putting things in for long enough, either way it was not a very experience. But by that point I was hungry and did not want to go through the hassle of trying to get it heated further so I just ate it and left. Having wasted the reward points I had built up I will most definitely not be returning to that store and will be considering whether or not to remain a customer of Subway at all after this.

We had a small issue with our order and spoke to Oscar.Oscar was polite, helpful and remedied the issue for us quickly. Couldn't ask for better service.Thank you Oscar!

Please can the staff make sure to read orders correctly! I have a friend severely allergic to onions and we strictly put no onions. Low and behold. They put in onions. It wasn't a big order and if she hadn't have looked we would have had a very long night in the er.Dietary restrictions: They won't read the requirements. Please be careful.

Staff were friendly and efficient, I was served within 10 seconds of walking in
Parking: Closest car parks are Castle quarter (few minutes) and Duke street (approx 5 mins) but quite a few car parks within 10 mins walk

The staff in the London Street subway are absolutely lovely. Marta, Junayed and Ehsan are brilliant at their job. Always friendly and efficient, they are a real credit to the Subway franchise. If only everybody had their customer service skills. Management take note!

Would not visit this shop again. They did not know what whey was doing. 4 staff took our order and stil had to wait 20 mins for the food. Shop and tables was dirty.
