Amazing staff!! Coffee that I just purchased spilled all in my car. When I went in for help, the staff made me another drink for free, gave me cleaning supplies and brought my replacement drink out for me. Can?t thank them enough!! <3

Shocking customer service, been twice and served by some tall lad wearing his hat back to front, who slouched himself over the till ,hadn't a clue what drink I'd asked for even tho up on the board.. attitude seems he wants to do as little as possible.... customer service here is always lacking....card only like most Starbuck franchises, disappointing....

Review of Our Café Experience
I had a delightful hot chocolate paired with a lemon loaf cake, while my friend opted for a matcha iced green tea and luxury fruit toast, which came to a relatively high £16.
Despite the cost, we thoroughly enjoyed our meal. The staff member who took our orders was incredibly patient and professional, especially since I was unsure about my choice with the drink.
The atmosphere was pleasant and relaxing, as the café was well-maintained. I found parking easy right in front of the shop, although I suspect it might be a different story during peak times. I also noticed that there were several newly installed electric charging stations in the car park, which is definitely a great benefit for EV owners.

I'm utterly disappointed with the service. I've purchased two surprise bags on 'Too good to go' app to be collected tonight 19:00?19:30. Sadly, the drive took much longer than anticipated, and I was late a few minutes. The employee present at the store simply ignored me and continued on with her 'cleaning' while happily chatting with a friend and after a few minutes started to pack all the pastries and leftover food and passed it to her friend who was leisurely sitting inside and clearly not a member of the staff. It's a very unprofessional behaviour and stark favouring from the employee proves how this branch treats customers and why it has numerous low reviews.
