Asked for decaf, not because I want to sleep but because I have a disease caffeine flares up but unbeknownst to me, was given caffeine.. Was in their freezing cold toilet before I'd even finished the cup and then spent the rest of the day with stomach pains.. cheers ?

Great place for coffee and a small snack, downstairs and upstairs available with great views over St. Steven street.
Only one thing let's it down the male toilets smell bad upstairs ?
Wheelchair accessibility: They have a button to open main door designed for wheelchairs ??

Coffee was good and staff were very polite and friendly... Toilets however left a lot to be desired.. Starbucks really do need to keep on top of hygiene in their washroom facilities at this establishment.

Moody staff. Very slow. Staff looked unhygienic . A few items weren?t available that were on the menu . Very dirty. All tables are stained . Floors are dirty . Did a uv light bacteria test in the toilet and on the table I was seated at. wouldn?t wish my worse enemy to go in there or to place there items on the tables. Also tables both sides of me weren?t cleared the whole time I visited . I?d advise visiting a local coffee shop or van . Yet to have a bad experience in a locally run coffee establishment . Just before leaving a heard a disabled customer mention the door to the toilet was very heavy and lock didn?t work . What I?m earth is going on here . Staff clearly don?t even communicate to management problems through out the store . Bugs crawling on the seats .

I've been to this Starbucks 4 times over the last year. On each occasion there was a cronic fly infestation going on throughout the seating area. Today was no different. It appeared to originate from the milk / sugar / bin area. Right where everyone waits for their drinks. Which suggests to me there is a systemic failure of cleaning practices in there. I only got a drink each time but theres no way I would purchase food from there in its current state. Feels unsafe to eat.The whole seating area also feels quite unloved to be honest. Need a refresh.

I ordered two Americano coffees, one was hot, the other was barely warm, the coffee was poorly brewed and very weak, without the aroma and taste of good coffee, the toilet was dirty, the service was not very nice..

Visited here to grab a coffee while shopping! It was pretty busy inside, but the wait was very short. Sat for a few minutes to enjoy the drinks and left.
