There are much better Starbucks in Norwich that you could go to. I ordered a cookies and cream Frappuccino, only for it to taste like - quite literally - nothing. Never in my life have I ever had a drink of anything, much less a supposedly sweet coffee that had zero flavour. A glass of tap water has a more nuanced taste. It is entirely possible that the drink I ordered just wasn?t good in general across all Starbucks locations, but you would think that a drink containing 36 grams of sugar (According to the official Starbucks website) would at least be sickly sweet at worst, but I cannot stress enough how it tasted of NOTHING. I do not want to go back here when higher quality Starbucks locations exist, and you shouldn?t either. Why risk accidentally ordering a flavourless abomination from here when you could take a walk for less than ten minutes and get a decently better coffee at the St. Stephen?s Street location instead? Although I would personally suggest going to a local - more authentic coffee place in Norwich as opposed to Starbucks in general. There are even superior coffee chains in Norwich that are practically next door. This review is simply here to state how you shouldn?t go here, period. Whether you want Starbucks or something else at a local place, you can do better than going here.

Extremely rude people we were waiting in the queue for 10-15 mins and the staff there didn?t care at all even that we were the only customers in the shop and when someone else came in the served them even we were waiting there the whole time and even that the two ladies there didn?t care about us at all and they started the conversation between them like we even not there

Lovely coffee but very poor facilities, the loos were at the top of the building and were not clean, the seat didn?t fit on the toilet, pan dirty and the floor was also dirty

criticism for their high prices, which can make it an expensive habit for daily coffee drinkers. also i find the atmosphere to be overly commercialized and lacking in warmth or authenticity. Additionally, the noise levels in Starbucks locations can be distracting for those seeking a quiet place to work or relax. also raised concerns about the environmental impact of Starbucks' disposable cups and packaging, Overall, it?s not always provide the value, ambiance, or sustainability that some customers desire.

Went in to get my usual hot drink, staff were lovely, atmosphere was incredibly vibrant thanks to a bloke having a heated discussion over the phone about a sheep and his OCD or something along those lines, when in Norfolk
